Welcome Worry (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body. Bring your attention back into this present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s all in my favor.

Today, as you go about your day, if you can’t quite get there with gratitude, if you aren’t quite feeling grateful for what it is, start by welcoming what is, no matter what it is, because that’s what pure awareness does.

Pure awareness welcomes everything unconditionally. It’s open and accepting of everything. That’s why it is unconditional love.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and welcome it right now.

Whatever thoughts, whatever emotions you’re experiencing, good or bad, positive or negative, comfortable or not—welcome it all, just like the pure awareness you know you really are.

Breathe in and welcome what’s arising.
Breathe out and be a resistance-free person.

Welcome anxiety. Welcome pressure. Welcome the time that’s pressing me. Welcome the feeling of anxiety, needing to get everything done in time. Welcome the desire of wanting to be perfect. Welcome worrying if I did everything right. Welcome worry. Welcome worry. Welcome.

Breathe in and welcome what’s in your experience.
Breathe out and see how this is how you dissolve anything that isn’t love.

Anything like fear or anger, depression, jealousy, sadness—you can dissolve it all by simply welcoming it.

Breathe in and welcome all that is.
Breathe out and welcome it right now.

Welcome my attention seeking, wondering if something’s going to interrupt me. Welcome anxiety about the future. Welcome anxiety about the future. Welcome feeling rushed. Welcome the feeling of being rushed. Welcome. Feel what it feels like to really welcome those things that you don’t like, the feelings that are uncomfortable, the flashes of anger, the flashes of worry.

Breathe in and welcome it all.
Breathe out and be genuine when you welcome it.

Welcome anxiety. Welcome fear. Welcome fear of what other people think. Welcome and then you can see right away that this is just something arising and it’s not you. The fear, the anxiety, the worry, the depression—they’re all just arisings and you are the awareness aware of them.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and really feel it in your heart.

Welcome anxiety. I love and accept you exactly the way you are. And then you can really begin to identify as that pure awareness in which everything is arising.

You are not the thoughts. You are not the anxiety. You are not the depression. You are not the anger. They’re just little things popping up. You welcome them and they go away.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and be free from the discomfort of painful emotions.

You can just dissolve them by welcoming them. You don’t have to push them away. You don’t have to let your anger out. You just become aware of it and welcome it and through your love, it dissolves.

Breathe in and welcome it all.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

When you welcome the uncomfortable emotions, you dissolve them and then there’s nothing to escape from. You don’t have to run somewhere else. You don’t have to numb yourself with food or alcohol or drugs or relationships or money or work or anything.

You stay here. You be the welcoming, pure awareness, the unconditional love. You embrace and accept it all. And then anything that isn’t love dissolves and you get to live your life in the bliss of unconditional love.

Breathe in and be the bliss of unconditional love.
Breathe out and relax into the bliss of unconditional love.

When you notice these flare ups of uncomfortable emotion, ask yourself, “Am I angry or am I the awareness of anger? Am I sad or am I that which is aware of sadness?” Try these little tricks to remind yourself that you are the pure awareness in which it is all arising.

Nothing can harm you. Nothing can make you suffer. You can get this distance, this non-distant distance from the thoughts and emotions by remembering you are the unconditional love of pure awareness.

You get to stay. You get to stay here and enjoy.

Breathe then and welcome it all.
Breathe out and be so welcome here.
