Yes, it’s cold. Yes, I’m tired. Yes, I just want to hibernate. Yes, I have places to go. Yes, I have things to do. Yes, I feel overwhelmed.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and smile because it makes welcoming what is easier.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and really smile.

Show life that you’re ready for things to smile about.

Breathe in and start feeling excited about your day.
Breathe out and remember you’re the creator of your day.

You get to choose how you react to things and you get to choose the tone you set. You are a magnet attracting experiences, events. Choose right now to magnetize to the feeling you want to receive.

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Yes, thank you. That’s the feeling that I want. Yes, thank you.

Breathe in and feel some enthusiasm for your day.
Breathe out and surrender your worries.

Surrender your doubts. Every time a worry comes to you, just say thank you. I know it’s happening in my favor. Thank you. Thank you. I trust the process of life. Thank you.

Breathe in and project what you want to receive.
Breathe out and never forget you’re the source.

You’re the creator. Choose to feel the way you want to feel and life will show you things that feel that way. You’re the source. Take the first step right now.

We can forget the power of gratitude because the mind takes over and starts saying thank you. Like, I’m doing it. I’m saying thank you. Why aren’t the good things happening? But you really have to feel it and above all be present while you’re doing it. You can’t just run a loop of thank you in the back of your mind while you’re worrying about something else. You must feel it to see it.

Breathing out, thank you. Thank you!

Feel it in your heart. Activate your heart right now. Activate your magnetic field that will attract to you the things you want.

It’s all happening in your favor. Let yourself enjoy this day, by simply choosing it. You just have to decide to take the first step to raise your own vibration. Don’t wait around for something to happen to make you feel better because then when it goes, you’ll feel worse. Skip all the manifestations. Skip all the getting mixed with experience and choose to feel how you want to feel now. It makes you attractive. It makes you a magnet for love and fun.
