It’s Coming From You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and remember you are the source of your experience.

Remember right now, it’s you, it’s coming from you. It’s coming from inside the house. You are sending the signal. Choose your signal right now.

Breathe in and smile because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Remember, this is your power. You can do this. You can shift to gratitude right now and you will see it’s all happening in your favor. Life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Just smile and say thank you. Do this to turn off the thoughts, to disengage from the train of thought that is sending you into a spiral. Gratitude can always catch you. Smiling will always bring you back into your body, into this moment where everything is fun and there is nothing to worry about. When you are aware, you have no problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

I am registering everything as it is. I am noticing unconditionally. I am aware that I am aware.

Breathe in and keep smiling, it will help.
Breathe out and keep that thank you in your heart.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. I know it’s working out for me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Even if you’re scared, even if you’re sad, even if you don’t trust what’s going on, thank you. Shift it inside first. You have to take the first step. It’s up to you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

It’s all happening in your favor. The sooner you shift to thank you, to gratitude, to openness and receiving, the sooner you will see why it’s a solution, why it had to happen this way, why something bigger and better is coming.

Breathe in and keep asking, am I aware?
Breathe out and recognize. You’re already cognizing.

You’re already registering, noticing, aware-ing of everything. When you recognize something, you’re naming it, but when you cognize something, you’re aware of it. Today, stay with the cognizing instead of the recognizing. You don’t have to name it all. You don’t have to figure it out. You can trust life.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender control, surrender control, surrender control.

The meddling never works out, acting out of anxiety never helps.

Breathe in and go within first.
Breathe out and find your stable center.

The stable center. It’s not an entity. It’s everything. It’s the awareness. The stable part of you is the awareness, the knowing, the space in which it all arises. Notice the place within you that’s not struggling right now. That’s your stable center. That’s where you can rest your attention and let life work it out for you.

Breathe in and trust it’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and keep smiling, it’ll help.

Breathe in and be aware of awareness.
Breathe out and know when you are aware you have no problems.

When you are aware you are aware—when you ask yourself, am I aware? And you rest your attention in that space, the no-thought space of just being aware—when you rest there, you have no problems because your mind isn’t agitated, so you’re at peace. You don’t see any lack or problems or things to change. So you’re happy. And you’re not separate from anything. You’re one with everything. It’s all the same awareness. And that’s unconditional love. That’s how you merge with love. That’s how you be love and attract love.

Breathe in and be free of your problems today.
Breathe out and be brave enough to trust life.

Be brave enough to trust the life that is living you. Trust the energy intelligence, trust God, whatever you wanna call it. Surrender right now, let go. And let God figure it out.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.
