Practice the Presence of God (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Your power is right here, right now, in the moment that the thought crosses your mind. The power is now, it’s right here.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and answer, yes, I am aware.

Feel your attention do the no thought thing of turning around to look at itself right now. Am I aware?

Breathe in and look, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the answer.

Notice the answer, recognize the answer. Yes, I am aware. Yes, I am aware. I see what’s in front of me I hear what’s around me. I feel, I taste, I smell. Yes, I am here, I exist, I am aware that I am aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

This is all you have to do in the moment of contrast. In the moment that you start to get that feeling of “something’s going wrong.” Ask yourself, am I aware? And drop the thoughts. Let your attention turn around, rest on itself. Be brave enough to drop those thoughts and just relax into the knowing. Yes, I am aware that I am aware.

Breathe in and rest in the knowing that you are aware.
Breathe out and just stay there, stay here.

You’re already doing it. You can’t stop being aware. It’s the one consistent thing. It’s who you really are, pure awareness. But you are in this human experience and you have a mind with thoughts. You think. You separate yourself. You create problems.

Breathe in and embrace the part of yourself that creates problems.
Breathe out and relax because now you know how to solve every single one and now you know how to stop creating more problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

This is all you have to do as soon as the thoughts come. As soon as you start getting that prickly feeling of “Oh, this isn’t going well,” or “Something’s going wrong,” or “I’m afraid”—am I aware? Yes, I am. Then I have no problems. I am practicing the presence of god. And god is perfect. God does no wrong. And as long as I’m here chilling, practicing the presence of god, I have no problems.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and relax into the knowing. Yes, I am. I am aware that I am aware. I am practicing the presence of god. And so everything is perfect and in its place.
