Don’t Think, Don’t Believe (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences. Surrender your thoughts.

Don’t think, don’t believe.

Breathe in and notice your thoughts.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Today, the motto is, “Don’t think, don’t believe.” Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. No thought is true. Allow yourself to surrender your thoughts, surrender your preferences, and just exist as you are, here, now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

I am aware that I am aware. Rest in this feeling, in this knowing that you are. Rest in the sense “I am.”

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and smile because life really isn’t serious.

It’s safe to let go of your worries about other people. It’s safe to let go of your worries about control, about what’s going to happen. It’s time to trust the process of life. If there is one word for you today, it’s trust.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and don’t think, don’t believe.

And if you can’t stop thinking, if you can’t get away from your limiting beliefs, find a little door to start feeling better.

Breathe in and look for a little door.
Breathe out and find that little door to feeling better.

A little door is just a thought that makes you feel a tiny bit better, usually in the form of appreciation. Like, I love feeling better. I love when things start working out. I love when my problems resolve themselves. I love when I trust the process of life and it does work out. I love when I stand up to my thoughts. I love when I remember who I am. I love when I remember I live the magick life.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and remember who you are. God. Period.

Breathe in and keep lightening up because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and be so innocent today.

When you don’t think and don’t believe, you’re god. Innocent. Perfect. Whole.

Breathe in and keep asking, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and keep noticing, “Yes, I am aware.”

This is practicing the presence of god. Do that today in any way you can. It’s resting in your sense “I am.” It’s asking, “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” Practice the presence of god. Don’t think. Don’t believe. And if you do, find a little door to leave.

Breathe in and keep asking, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am. I am practicing the presence of god. I am practicing the presence of god right now.”

Breathe in and have the best day of your life.
Breathe out and become it to see it.

You have shifted your vibration, you have remembered who you are, you have surrendered your thoughts and worries and limiting beliefs and now you are resting as you are in the presence of god and everything is perfect and in its place. Trust.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.
