Trust Where You Are (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Today is the best day of your life. Let yourself trust where you are. Believe that it’s happening in your favor and surrender your preferences.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

Let it go. Let it all go. Time is not linear. Just because you did something in the past doesn’t mean it has to affect right now. You can change the past by changing your perspective right here, right now.

Breathe in and change the past.
Breathe out and change the future.

It’s so simple. You just start feeling grateful. Gratitude. Thank you. Yes. Appreciation. It fixes the things in the past because the past is just a thought And you can always choose a new thought. Memory is so subjective, flawed, it doesn’t really work, you can change the past simply by changing the way you look at things right now.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and be empowered, you’re the source.

We just forgot for a a minute. It’s possible to get distracted by physical reality and think that life is happening to us, but really it’s happening for us, it’s happening in our favor.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and take your power back right the second.

Thank you. Thank you. Feel your vibration rising. You are the creator, you are the Source, you are in control of what your perspective is. Choose right now to shift to gratitude and see how life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and feel confident, you’re the source!
Breathe out and ask yourself, “How would I feel if I knew I really was the source? If I knew I was god, if I knew I was the creator, if I knew I was creating my reality, how would I feel?”

Breathe in and choose to feel the way you want to feel right now.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Trust that life takes care of life. Trust that you’re not being abandoned by your mother, by God, by your friends, no one is abandoning you.

The only thing you can abandon is your capital S self and right now you can rejoin with all that is, become one with everything, by simply identifying as pure awareness—the thing we all have in common.

Breathe in and rejoin oneness.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You don’t need anything to change to be happy. You don’t need to receive anything to be happy. You don’t need to change your body to be happy. You can choose right now to simply identify as pure awareness. And then you will be at peace. You will be abundant and happy. And you will be in love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Keep your attention resting on awareness instead of on problems, and life will solve your problems for you.

Breathing in, yes.
Everything out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I know I’m the source. I know it’s in my favor. I am now aware and I am now in the flow!
