Choose to Bless It (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts, surrender your worries.

Let yourself relax into this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

It’s all happening in your favor. And when there is a change of plans, or a surprise, or something unexpected, you can trust it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and say thank you, and really feel it, really mean it.

Feel genuine gratitude right now. Turn the boat, flip the switch, start your life over right now.

Breathing in, yes.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Feel your vibration rising! Feel yourself getting in a better mood! And when you feel better, you attract better feeling thoughts. You manifest better feeling things.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Today as you go about your day, remember you are the source. You’re the source of your experience.

There are many ways to influence your reality by remembering you are the source. First of all, just say thank you. Thank you. You are the source which means you are creating what you’re experiencing. You become it and then you see it. So when you choose gratitude first, you see it reflected. You must take the first step yourself.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you, thank you.

Feel your innocence. Feel how lucky you are. Feel how blessed you are.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Now as you go about your day, sometimes things might rub you the wrong way. You might get irritable. You might resist. You might want to escape. And in those times, you can try saying “thank you” to shift your vibration. But sometimes it’s not that easy. And in those cases, all you have to do is thank god for blessing the circumstance. And then you get to be a channel or a conduit of god’s blessings, and ultimately affect your reality for the better.

Breathe in and say thank you god for blessing that situation.
Breathe out and say thank you god for blessing that situation because I can’t.

If someone’s bothering you, say thank you for blessing that person. If you’re mad at someone, thank you for blessing that person. If you’re irritable and someone’s on your nerves—thank you for blessing that person. Anything that’s disturbing you, choose to bless it and you’ll see how it’s not only in your favor, but the whole thing will shift and will become pleasant and full of love because you took the first step because you are the creator, you are the source.

Step into your power today with gratitude and surrender. Leave it up to god. You don’t have to try so hard. Just say, “Thanks god for blessing that situation because I can’t.” And then everything will start flowing smoothly once again.
