Be Free From Suffering (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body and let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and stick to your Self.
Breathe out and keep repeating, I. I. I.

Until you wake up! Until you come back to life! Get back in your body, get back in this moment, right now!

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, I.

I. I. Wake up! Wake up!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and realize you can be free right now!

You don’t have to think those thoughts!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Relax. You’ve made it. This is it. You’re the best. You’re the best you’ve ever been. You’re at your pinnacle.

Breathe in and let this be the best day of your life!
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts

If you can rest as I, I, I, you can be free.

Breathe in and be free from suffering!
Breathe out and stick to your Self.

Love your Self. I. Feel the feeling of I. What does it feel like when you notice I? The thought behind every thought. I. I. Keep repeating it until you dissolve into the infinite. Until you dissolve into I. The real I. Pure awareness.

Breathe in and dissolve into the infinite.
Breathe out and recognize who you really are. Pure awareness. God in human form.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, I. I. I. Feel the attention turn around to look at itself. Repeat I, I, and rest your attention on itself.

Look within and notice from where the I thought is arising.

Breathe in and notice where the I comes from.
Breathe out and look: from where does the I thought arise?

I. I. I.

Breathe in and say I.
Breathing out, I. I. I.

Keep this on repeat. Until your separate self dissolves into the infinite. I. I. I.

Breathe in and let it be simple.
Breathe out and keep rejecting every thought with I.

And if I loses its meaning—it can’t! It doesn’t ever lose its meaning. Because you always think, “I this, I that, I this, I that.” It’s always about I. Instead of going with the this or that, just stay with I. Every time you think a thought - I. Notice where the I is coming from. That’s who you really are.
