Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Surrender. Let go of those preferences right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you! Thank you. Even if you don’t know why yet, thank you! Feel this feeling of gratitude. Feel how it’s generating your circumstances!

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Feel enthusiastic! You are the source. You are the source of the wave. What you see in your reality is based on what you expect. So if you start feeling good right now, your expectations are going to change. You’re going to start to expect good things.

Breathe in and say yes to the good things!
Breathe out and say thank you for the good things coming your way right now!

Allow yourself to relax and open up to the good things coming in ways you don’t expect. In ways that you couldn’t imagine.

Breathe in and open up your heart.
Breathe out and let go of the way you think things should be.

It’s time to get back to beginner’s mind right now, where everything is new, everything is fresh, you’re seeing it for the first time. You’re not stuck in these routines and stale thought patterns. Right now everything is new because you are aware that you are aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

And that’s it. You don’t have to make it complicated. Sometimes I make it complicated by saying “Am I aware of the presence of god?” But then the mind takes that and it wants to know “What’s the presence of god?” and “Where is it?” and think about it. But the question is simply, “Am I aware?” And the answer is simply, “Yes, I am.” Rest in the simplicity of that.

Breathe in and simplify your life today.
Breathe out and unite your life.

Allow yourself to see how everything is one. Let your separate self go—your separate self that’s just made up of likes and dislikes. That’s it, that’s all the person is—a history of preferences. And if you can surrender those preferences you can be blissful in every moment of your life!

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and be open to change!

Be open to new things coming your way! Whatever has left, whatever has changed, whatever you’re attached to that feels like it’s being ripped out of your heart, let it go! Let it go. Let go of that preference and something bigger and better will come your way.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for the new energy. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for getting my separate self out of the way. Thank you god for replacing me with you. I give up. I tried! But the person trying—it doesn’t ever end well. Allow yourself to surrender the preferences so god can come through you. So that you can feel the flow of love. So you can be the flow of life. So that you can see you are love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in the knowing that yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. And that awareness is the presence of god. But you don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to try to force yourself to feel anything. Just rest in the knowing that you are aware and let everything else go.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!
