Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let it go. Let it all go. Let those thoughts go!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is!

If you’re suffering today, it’s only because you’re resisting or seeking. And the easiest way to stop resisting and seeking, is to accept what is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and be aware of what is.

If you’re really having a hard time, start saying things like, “Yes I feel like shit. Yes I’m having a hard day. Yes nothing can help me. Yes I don’t know what to do. Yes I’m really suffering.” And on and on and on…

Breathe in and keep making peace with what is.
Breathe out and surrender.

The sooner you can accept the way things are, the sooner you’ll feel better and things will change.

Breathe in and trust it’s happening in your favor.
Breathe out and know it’s happening in your favor.

Even when you’re suffering, that suffering is happening in your favor. When you finally let go of those thoughts that are separating you, you will feel such relief, such joy, that it will have been worth it.

Breathe in and see how it’s all worth it.
Breathe out and just relax your body.

When you accept what is, you get back in the flow. You stop fighting what is. Because when you fight what is, you lose. And if you’re seeking—if you’re wanting something to come to you—it works the same way. “Yes I want this person to message me. Yes I miss this person. Yes I want to see this person. Yes I wonder what they’re doing and what they’re thinking. Yes I care too much about what this person thinks. Yes I’m a little too attached. Yes I miss this person.” And on and on.

Whatever it is that you’re seeking or resisting, just start saying yes to it. It doesn’t mean it’s going to stay any longer. It will actually pass much more quickly if you can accept it and just trust it’s happening in your favor!

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and relax. You don’t have to do anything.

You don’t have to change. If something happened that made you mad, or that you wish went differently, you can just act like it never happened and try again. Time, history—it’s just an illusion. It’s just a thought. The past is just a thought that happens in the present. It’s not real.

Breathe in and rewrite your past right now!
Breathe out and feel so excited!

It’s always right now and so you can always rewrite what has been. Because it’s only right now.

Breathe in and feel free!
Breathe out and rewrite your life to be however you want it to be. It’s all just a thought! It’s not real!

Breathe in and have fun with your life today!
Breathe out and remember to not give a fuck today!

And saying yes to what is is one way to stop giving a fuck.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you thank you thank you. Thank you! I trust it’s happening in my favor. Thank you! I am now in the flow!
