Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and slow down.

Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself stay here and enjoy what’s already in front of you.

Breathe in and remember: this is it!
Breathe out and know: this is the beloved.

This moment is the main event. Right now is all there really is.

Breathe in and wake up to the miracle of right now.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let yourself smile. It’s pointless. It’s meaningless. It’s hopeless. Let yourself enjoy what’s right here. You don’t have to think about any of it ever again!

Breathe in and see: this is the beloved!
Breathe out and let that wake you up today.

The beloved, meaning unconditional love. God. Your higher self. That which you seek, that thing you want so bad—this is it. Right now. This is the thing you seek for. It’s this moment. It’s you. You are it! You are the beloved!

Breathe in and give up the search!
Breathe out and let yourself be found.

You are the beloved. You are it! This right now is all there is. This is the main event!

Breathe in and give up your hope for the future.
Breathe out and surrender into right now!

The miracles will come. As soon as you’re happy enough where you are, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and really see for yourself: this is the beloved.

This is that which you seek! What you’re seeking for is where you’re seeking from. It’s all right here. It’s all right now.

Breathe in and see this is the beloved!
Breathe out and know it in your body.

Know it in your soul. This is the beloved. Right now. This moment. Right here. You! You are it!

Breathe in and be it!
Breathe out and notice the swirls of thoughts calming down.

As you go about your day, remind yourself: this is the beloved. All the things you resist, al the things you seek, all the things you love, all the things you hate. All the people that annoy you. All the circumstances you wish you could change. This is it. This is the beloved. This is god. This is unconditional love. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and don’t miss the miracle of right now.

Remind yourself: this is the beloved. Let it wake you up out of your mind into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathing in, this is the beloved!
Breathing out, you are my beloved!
