Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and just let yourself be here now.

Let those thoughts go. Let go of what’s next. Let yourself just enjoy where you are.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes. I am aware.

Remember that when you are aware, you have no problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware of the presence of god.

Whenever you start to get stressed, whenever you start experiencing contrast, problems, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

Feel your attention resting on its source when you ask, “Am I aware?” Feel yourself relax because you are relieving your mind of its stressful activity when you ask, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and be the watcher.
Breathe out and watch your life experience with detachment today.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Awareness is god. You are awareness. At your core, you are just awareness. No color, no attributes, no motion, no space, no time. Just awareness, just watching.

Breathe in and just watch.
Breathe out and just watch.

Am I aware? When I am aware I have no problems, because I’m not thinking. I’m not reacting. I’m not stressing myself out worrying!

Breathe in and rest in your awareness.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy the simplicity, the wholeness, the peace that comes with relieving your mind of its activity.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware that I am aware. I am aware that I am god. I am the presence of god.

Breathe in and trust its all happening in your favor!
Breathe out and surrender all of your worries today.

It’s going to be the best day of your life! It already is! Just let go of all of the moving parts, all of the lists, all of the stress, all of the what next. What next. What next. Let go of everything and just ask, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems!

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and motivate your mind by telling it the manifestations will come when you rest in your awareness. Because you’re not blocking your blessings with your thoughts.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and feel energized by awareness, by staying as you are: pure awareness.

Breathe in and remember: there is nothing to gain or lose in this life.
Breathe out and be whole right now.

You are already complete. You’re just here for fun. Let yourself enjoy whatever happens today by relieving your mind of its activity.
