Keep Looking (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life isn’t serious!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Let yourself just be here now. Let yourself relax into this moment.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and keep relaxing. That’s how you open up to receiving.

Just keep relaxing. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Who am I?

As you go about your day, keep asking yourself this question. And feel your attention sinking back into itself as it looks for the answer to, “Who am I?”

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I am!

When you ask yourself, “Who am I,” really get curious. Really investigate. Who are you? Let your attention, your focus, your awareness, sink back into itself, as it explores “Who am I?”

Breathe in and keep asking yourself, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and really wonder: who am I?

What is this? Why am I here? Who am I? Where did I come from? Who am I?

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and look.

When you ask yourself, “Who am I,” what do you see? What do you experience? Who am I?

Breathe in and keep looking. Who am I?
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

If at any time today you get uptight, or worried, or trying to control, ask yourself, “Who am I who is trying to control? Who am I who is getting so uptight?” And look for that answer. Who is it that’s uptight? And when you bring the light of your awareness inside and investigate, “Who am I who is getting uptight?” the version of you that is uptight and trying to control will disappear. It will go away like the illusion it was.

Breathe in and keep asking, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and let that flame of awareness burn.

You can melt away any illusion, any discomfort, any problem, just by bringing the light of your awareness within by asking, “Who am I, really? Who am I?”

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I am!
