Let Your Suffering Wake You Up (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax your body.

It’s the right place and the right time. You’re doing everything right. Everything ever created led up to right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is!

It’s all perfect. It’s all unfolding perfectly. Life is taking care of life, so you can get out of the way now.

Breathe in and say thank you for all that is.
Breathe out and really feel the feeling of gratitude.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. When you feel the feeling of gratitude first, you see it’s all for you. It’s all here for you. Everything is something to be grateful for. It’s all perfect.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and step outside of your thoughts.

Let this day be easy. Let this day be fun! How can you have the best day of your life, regardless of what happens, regardless of your circumstances? One technique is saying thank you to everything. By saying thank you preemptively, it trains your mind to look for reasons to see why it’s a solution. Why it’s a gift. Why it’s a blessing.

Breathing in thank you.
Breathing out thank you.

And when you’re truly present, you feel gratitude naturally. You feel that feeling in your core of your being that “Oh, thank you so much for this time here! Thank you for existence! Thank you for physical reality. Thank you for love. Thank you for this body. Thank you for all of the ups and downs. Thank you for experiencing!”

Breathe in and say thank you for all that is.
Breathe out and feel so grateful for all that is.

And if you can’t access gratitude, if you’re too stuck in your thoughts, if you feel too bad, just start saying yes to how things are. Accept them. Welcome them. And then you’re not resisting them and they can flow out of your experience.

Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes I’m feeling anxious. Yes I’m breathing out. Yes I’m thinking about the future. Yes I’m thinking about how I can best prepare myself for later. Yes the mind the keeps coming. Yes the mind keeps coming. Yes the mind keeps coming. Yes I keep having emotional reactions to the thoughts I’m identified with. Yes. Welcome.

Breathe in and say yes to it all!
Breathe out and welcome it all!

You can see how through saying yes, you eventually start to get that distance, that space, and you become awareness. You become conscious. And your power comes back to you. And then that gratitude starts flowing again. Thank you. Thank you for the ability to get distance from my thoughts and see it’s already perfect. Thank you for the thoughts and emotions that make me ask why, that make me ask why is life hard. Because it doesn’t have to be hard. It can be so easy. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. It’s your thoughts that cause suffering. It’s the mind. The mind is suffering! But you don’t have to suffer your mind anymore! You’re now free. You’re now in the flow, because you have that distance from your mind. You’re the observer. You’re the witness. You say yes to it all and you’re grateful for it all, because it brought you here and woke you up, and now you’re free!

Breathe in and say yes to it all!
Breathe out and say thank you for it all!

It’s all such a gift. It’s all just for fun. We’re here for the fun! For the joy, for the love! Let it be easy today. Let your suffering wake you up! You don’t have to suffer anymore! And if you notice that you’re in pain or you’re suffering, ask yourself, “Who am I who notices the suffering? Who am I who notices?” It’s pure awareness. It’s consciousness. Pure awareness notices the suffering. And who is suffering, anyway? Just an idea of yourself, a construct. Your self image. That’s what’s suffering—your personhood. But not you, who you truly are! You’re pure awareness, you cannot suffer, you’re not touched by suffering. You’re pure awareness and now you’re free!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you. Its all for you! And now you’re awake and alive in the dream and you get to go have fun!

Breathing in yes!
Breathing out thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
