Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Relax your body.
Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.
Let yourself move deeply into this present moment. Let yourself become still, by saying yes to what is.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and make peace with what is.
You’re in the right place at the right time. Everything is unfolding perfectly and everything that happens is good. Because reality is god. And god is always good. You can trust that anything that happens in your reality is good, because it is god. This is all god. I’m god, you’re god, this reality is god.
Breathe in and feel safe in reality.
Breathe out and know you are safe and protected from all harm.
The true you, the real you, the total you, is always safe, always protected, always loved.
Breathe in and know everything is perfect and in its place.
Breathe out and surrender.
Especially when things are going different than how you planned, or how you want. That’s when you know the deck is being shuffled. You’re being handed a new hand. When things go awry, that’s how you can know it’s time to focus on loving what is. It’s time to accept what is, and look forward to the miracles. You can’t get anything new, you can’t get any new miracles without change. Change is always good. Change is just another word for life.
Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and believe in your power. The power of appreciation. Loving what is, is appreciating. Saying yes to what is, is appreciating. And the vibration of appreciation and love is the highest vibration you can achieve. When you feel appreciation and love in your body, you generate things to love and appreciate.
Breathe in and appreciate what is.
Breathe out and decide to love what is today.
For example, yesterday our water heater went out. And my first reaction was to be very upset and inconvenienced. But I practiced saying yes to my thoughts about it like, “Yes I’m frustrated there’s no hot water. Yes I’m irritated that I can’t do the dishes right. Yes I want to take a shower.” And I made peace with my thoughts. And I recognized how upset I was getting when it really wasn’t that big of a deal. I knew it would get fixed soon. And after I made peace with my irritated thoughts, I decided to practice the feeling of loving what is. And all day I practiced thinking things like, “I am loving sitting in this chair. I am loving having time to work.” And when love felt like too strong a word, I went back to saying yes to my thoughts. “Yes I’m irritated. Yes I am stressed. Yes I am annoyed.” And then when I woke up today, I just focused on loving what is some more. “I am loving that I’m a renter and I don’t have to buy a new water heater. I am loving that I don’t have to deal with the maintenance. I don’t have to call the contractor or the plumber. I am loving that I still have running water at all. I am loving that I still have cold water to drink.” And I focused on love. And within 24 hours, the water heater was fixed. After I made peace with my initial stressful thoughts by saying yes to them, I couldn’t even get upset about it anymore. I was at peace. And by not resisting the circumstances, it resolved so quickly. And all of these other miracles unfolded as a result and plus I got to see another human being, a rarity these days!
Breathe in and just say yes to what is!
Breathe out and trust what is!
If it’s happening, that’s how you know you need it to happen. If it’s happening, that’s how you know it’s good. If it’s happening, that’s how you know you can love it. It’s all good. It’s all god. Reality is god. And you can trust that it is all happening in your favor.
Breathe in and say yes to what is, even the dogs barking.
Breathe out and love what is, even the dogs barking.
By saying yes to what is, and practicing the feeling of love, you open yourself up to see the miracles that come with change. Change is always good. And when something supposedly bad happens, you can relax and know, it’s happening in your favor. And you can end your suffering instantly, by acknowledging your stressful thoughts, and switching to love instead.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and love what is!
And then you’ll see the things to love are right in front of you, and life already is the way you want it to be!
