You Are Loving What Is (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Today, we are going to practice being lovers of what is.

Breathe in and say, “I am loving what is.”
Breathe out and say, “I am loving what is.”

If feeling creates, if feeling precedes experience, what emotion would you want to feel, to create your reality with?

Breathe in and think about how you want to feel.
Breathe out and see all roads leading to love, yeah love.

Love is the feeling of joy. Love is the feeling of enthusiasm. Love is who we are. Love is what we are. Love is what this reality is. Love is always the answer.

Breathe in and say, “I am loving what is.”
Breathe out and smile because you have the key!

Life is not serious. And you’re in control of your vibration. And today, you can vibrate love.

Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is.

Even if you don’t like what is around you, if you don’t like what’s happening, what your attention is on, you can still go back to the thought, “I am loving what is.” Because when you love, when you choose to feel love before you see anything to love, you create the circumstances that are loving. You create the energy of love to flow back to you. You are the origin of the wave. You’re the creator! You must become it to see it. So loving what is, is how you can become love, and then see what you love in your reality.

Breathing out I am loving what is.

And underneath it all, you do love what is. The good, the bad, the maddening, the exciting. Your divine self, your higher self, loves it all. We came to this physical reality to experience the highs and the lows, the good and the bad. The contrast of being alive. We didn’t come here just to feel good and have fun. We didn’t come here just to always feel great. We would be dead if we did that. We would be nonphysical. But we came here to enjoy having desires. When we experience what we don’t want, we know what we do want. And when we know what we do want, it’s created. We’re doing the whole universe this wonderful service of being willing to expose ourselves to bad, to things we don’t prefer, so we can know what we do prefer. And when we know what we do prefer, we know the direction to go in. We know how we want to feel. And when we feel the way that we want to feel, all the things that we want start revealing themselves.

Breathing out I am loving what is!

You are a conduit of love. You are a flow-er of love, a flower of love. A channel of love. You are love and when you choose to consciously love what is, there is so much that will reveal itself to love in what already is.

Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is!

This is the vibration that will bring you what you want. This is the vibration that feels like drugs, that feels like morphine, that feels like your problems all being solved. That feels like it’s a bubble protecting you from reality. It’s love, yeah love!
