Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and slow down.

Feel your body relax. Let yourself smile. Life loves you so much. Life is so glad you’re here.

Breathe in and trust in the perfect timing of life!
Breathe out and remember who you are!

You are the creator. You are the creator of you, of your life experience.

Breathe in and step into your role as the creator.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Let yourself enjoy this moment, right here, right now. Let yourself just be.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and be here now.

You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. Surrender your preferences and let this moment guide you.

Breathe in and open up to receiving what you want!
Breathe out and imagine feeling the way you’ll feel when you get what you want.

I just want to feel present and focused and joyful. I want to be here now and when I am present, and focused, I am joyful. I’m blissful. I’m happy to be alive.

Breathe in and be happy to be alive.
Breathe out and remember the power of I AM.

I AM happy to be alive. I am present right now. I am focused right now.

Breathe in and decide who you are!
Breathe out and declare it: I AM.

You’re going deeper and deeper into the bliss of the present moment. You’re waking up in the dream more and more frequently. You’re letting life live you. You’re letting the wild horses take care of your work. You’re learning how to surrender and go with the flow more and more every day.

Breathe in and bring healing energy into your body!
Breathe out and exhale any stale energy you don’t want anymore.

Decide to be focused today. Decide to be present. And you will be happy to be alive.

Breathing in I am focused!
Breathing out I am present in this moment.

Breathing in I am happy to be alive!
Breathing out I am happy to be who I am!

Trust that it’s all unfolding perfectly. Trust that you are ready for new depths. Trust that this part of the journey is going to be so fun!

Breathe out and remember today: I AM. This is the control you can wield on your experience. I AM.
