Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and focus your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and focus your attention on your breath.

Your breath is always here with you, to keep your attention focused in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let your body relax. Let your mind relax. And step into this moment, where everything is love, yeah love.

Breathe in and remember why you’re here.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Why am I here?”

I hear “fun.” I’m here for fun. But what I wanted to say was love. I’m here for love. And I think love and fun can be the same thing.

Breathe in and let love and fun be the same thing today!
Breathe out and feel excited!

Another piece of the puzzle is unlocked. Love and fun are the same thing.

Breathe in and focus on love.
Breathe out and focus on love all day today.

Repeat the word love to yourself. Over and over. And over. The entire day.

And you will have more fun that you remember having in a long time.

Breathe in and focus on love.
Breathe out and say love over and over to yourself.

Let yourself remember that feeling in your heart. It’s already there. When you put your attention on it, it gets bigger.

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Love is all that’s real. Love is the one thing that can solve any problem. And before you say, love is not all that we need—if you go within, and speak to the god within, speak to the manager with in, you’ll find that there’s only love there. Love is who you are. Love is what you’ll return to. Love is the only truth. Love can solve everything, because love is the only thing that’s real.

Breathe in and focus on love.
Breathe out and focus on love, yeah love

Either keep it connected to your breath by saying,

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Or just say the word over and over as often as you can today. Love. Love. Love. Make it your affirmation, your mantra, your mental code. Think only the thought “love.” And love is what you will draw to you. Love is what will be revealed right in front of you.

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Just try it for a few minutes. Keep your focus on love and see if you start having more fun. See if life becomes lighter. See if you feel more playful. Just try!

Breathing in love!
Breathing out love!

Keep that singular focus on love. And you’ll see, life already is the way you want it to be!
