Let yourself calm down and relax into this moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.
Breathe in and smile because it’s not serious!
Breathe out and let your worries go.
It’s all unfolding perfectly. You don’t have to care about what happens in the future. All that matters is how you feel right now.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.

Allow yourself to start feeling enthusiastic about where you are and what you’re doing. Who you are.

This is the best day of your life and you are doing everything right. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And you can get some space from your thoughts and return to the bliss of the present moment by going back to your breath.

Decide to not give a fuck what other people think! Decide to not care! And when you decide to not care about what other people think, they start coming to you for advice. They start caring about what you think because you are connected to your source.

Say this to yourself over and over today. You love yourself and you don’t give a fuck what other people think! You’re in the right place at the right time doing everything right. It’s all unfolding perfectly, you can trust that. You can trust the process of life.

This is the best day of your life! You can let your thoughts go. Find whatever it is that you can attach to your breath and really believe in today. Find the mental code that has the most delicious flavor for you.

And if you’re perhaps beating yourself up or not feeling so good about yourself, go back to feeling god within you. And speak to yourself from the perspective of god and say, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” And add your name on that. “Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”
Let yourself enjoy this day. You deserve it. You’ve made it so far. Everything ever created led up to right now. And the present moment really is so fun when we let go of our thoughts.
