Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Your only work today is to enjoy whatever work you have to do today.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow your thoughts down.

This is the right place and the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax and enjoy this moment.

Breathe in and connect to universal intelligence.
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You’re god in human form! You’re the creator of your life. The creator of you.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

If you can put your attention on your breath today, while you’re working, driving, talking, cleaning—whatever it is you have to do—if you can put your attention on your breath, you can find joy in whatever you’re doing.

Breathe in and put your attention on your breath.
Breathe out and keep your attention on your breath.

Breathe in and keep focused on your breath.
Breathe out and feel the breath come out of your body.

Keep as much attention on each breath as possible. With each breath, practice feeling gratitude, or excitement, fulfillment, connection with god—whatever it is you want to feel. Focus on finding that feeling in your breath. And then! You’ll always have access to that feeling, whenever you remember to keep your attention on your breath.

Breathe in and find joy in your breath.
Breathe out and feel joyful, just from your breath!

When you slow down your thoughts to the pace of your body, the pace of your breathing—when you slow everything down and just keep your attention on your breath, you calm your body down. Then your calm body sends signals to your brain to feel better. The more attention you can keep on your breath, the better your body will feel, and the safer your brain will feel. You won’t have to overthink, you won’t have to plan. You don’t have to worry. Your natural state is love and joy and enthusiasm! That’s who you are underneath all the thoughts. So if you can keep your attention on your breath, off of your thoughts, you will naturally rise to the level of joy and enthusiasm! And love! That’s who you are! It’s natural!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and find joy in whatever you do today!

It’s so simple! Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And when you keep your attention on your breath, you clear space from the thoughts. And then your thoughts aren’t feeling so bad and you’re free to return to your natural set point of love and joy and enthusiasm. Those things are who you are underneath it all. You don’t have to try to feel love. You don’t have to try to feel enthusiasm. And you don’t have to try to feel joy! They’re all in you right now, just waiting for the clouds of your thoughts to clear! And then they’ll just be there! You don’t have to try AT ALL!

Breathe in and feel so excited! It’s natural!
Breathe out and feel so excited!

You’re going to enjoy whatever you do today, because your attention will be on your breath and not your thoughts. And the more focused on your breath you are, the more the clouds will clear and your natural state of love and joy and enthusiasm will shine through! It’s all waiting for you. It’s already right in front of you, inside of you!

Breathe in and keep your attention on your breath!
Breathe out and feel so empowered!

It’s the simplest thing! Just feel focused on every single breath you can. You can use so many techniques to do it, just think,

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Any variation of keeping your attention on your breath,

Breathing in yes!
Breathing out thank you!

Whatever thought it takes to get you out of your head into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! Just keep going with that. Stick with your breath and your natural joy, your natural enthusiasm and your natural love will be revealed! It’s all within you, right now, waiting for you to focus on your breath and feel so relieved because you are a lover, you are joyful, and you so enthusiastic about everything else you have to do today. Because you have your breath and that means you have natural joy and enthusiasm and love waiting for you in every step!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you for this moment, for this fun life!
