Stop Suffering (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and bring your attention into this present moment.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Surrender your thoughts. Let go of your likes and dislikes.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is supposed to be fun!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Let your body relax.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Let yourself step into this present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to whatever is in this present moment.

Everything is perfect and in its place. Let yourself relax and enjoy where you are right now.

Breathe in and choose to focus on love.
Breathe out and feel the love in your heart.

If at any time you get scared or worried, go back to love and love will always carry you. Love will always show you the answers. Love is who you are. Love is what you are. Let yourself connect to that love right now.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself.”
Breathe out and say it: “I love myself!”

Choose to look at your life with unconditional love today. There are so many ways to do this. But mostly it just requires being present, and accepting what is instead of getting lost in your thoughts or resisting what is.

If you can accept what is, you’ll be unconditionally loving. If you can embrace what is, without fighting it or reacting or resisting, you’ll be loving. Love is your natural state! Love is who you are! When you get rid of the resistance, you’re love! And you love!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s just for fun!
Breathe out and let your resistance go!

It doesn’t mean that you can’t say no to requests or if people offer you drugs or whatever things your mind comes up with that it wants to say no to. You can still say no to things you don’t want to do. But saying yes to what is just means, to relax the fight in your body. When you notice something you don’t like, instead of thinking, “No, I don’t like that! I need to change that! No I hate that! It makes me unhappy!” you can look at things and say, “Yes. That is what it is.” And when you let go of the resistance and you accept things for how they are, you begin to see how those things you don’t like are also love, and they’re there for a reason and they’re unfolding perfectly too. They’re on their own path, and it’s all love.

Breathe in and be love today.
Breathe out and love your reality unconditionally.

Because you know what other exciting thing/exciting fact there is to ponder right now? Feeling is the secret! And if you can feel the feeling of love before you see evidence of something to love, you’ll be projecting that signal to reflect back to you in reality. And that’s really the key to changing your world! You must become it to see it. And if you choose love now, love will return to you.

Breathe in and know life is already perfect
Breathe out and relax because it’s all love.

It really is all love. Your mind may want to resist and label and judge, and be mad and offended and react, but if you can go outside of the polarities of good and bad to “I AM,” you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Be light about your life today. It’s all happening in your favor. It’s all love and anything that isn’t love is an illusion. You can trust the process of life. You can trust that it’s unfolding perfectly. You can trust that it’s ok to stop resisting. It won’t make you less of a person. It won’t mean that it’s ok for injustice to happen. It means you are reducing your suffering, and when you stop suffering, you can help others stop suffering.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel so excited! Unconditional love is not difficult. It’s who you are! And the more you say yes and relax and let go of resistance, the more you’ll see life really is how we want it to be, right now! It’s already perfect. Wow!
