Let your thoughts go. Let yourself smile. Bring your attention into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and calm yourself down.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Let your distractions go. You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Relax. And let it go.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Welcome the sensations in your body.

Bring attention to the tightness. Breathe out and let the tightness go.

The light of awareness is a cure all. The light of awareness dispels any illusion. It helps you see only what’s real. And all that is real is love, yeah, love.

If you start feeling anxious or depressed, just means you’re resisting what is.

The point is to keep your attention on a singular focus so you can’t think about that other thing.
