Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into this moment!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You might want things to go a certain way, but just let go and let the flow bring to you what you want.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Keep relaxing your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and feel better already! Life is just for fun! Let’s have fun today!

Now ask yourself, “Am I the type of person who goes after what I want? Or am I the type to let it come to me?”

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and be the type to let it come to you!

That’s true abundance. That’s true knowledge of the infinite intelligence within you.

Breathe in and remember what you know!
Breathe out and commit to letting it come to you today!

Ask yourself, “What do I want?” Maybe focus on something that isn’t a major desire you’ve had for years. What’s something small that you’ve wanted recently, that you don’t care too much if you get it or not, but you do really want it? Think about what you want right now, a simple desire.

Breathe in and imagine that thing you want.
Breathe out and imagine how you’ll feel when you get what you want.

I want to do somersaults in the lake. Now, what do you want?

Breathe in and decide to let it come to you!
Breathe out and flex your manifestation muscle.

This is your power. You acknowledge what you want, you have a strong desire, and low resistance. Meaning, you don’t care so much if you get it. You’ve made peace with not getting it. And then, you just relax and let it come to you! The not-having-resistance part is very important, so whatever you want, make sure you have a plan to not care if it comes. How can you feel good even if it doesn’t come? That is key to manifesting. You have to not care if it comes.

Breathe in and acknowledge your desire. I want to do somersaults in the lake!
Breathe out and now say, “I am going to manifest this. I am going to let it come to me.” And that’s it! That’s the only process: “Im going to manifest this and I’m letting it come to me.”

Breathe in and keep opening up more and more to receiving.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s coming. You don’t ever have to think about it again. Just keep saying yes. The universe will bring you opportunities to get this thing. But you have to say yes. For example, say you want to buy something or have something you would shop for come to you. Keep saying yes, perhaps when someone suggests you try a certain website to look for it. Just say yes to every avenue the universe suggests.

Breathe in and feel your power!
Breathe out and just relax.

You don’t care if you ever get it, but you’re the type to let it come to you. And then when it comes to you, remember: this is your power. This is something you can do for anything big or small. All you have to be able to do is make peace with not ever getting it! Simple right?

Breathe in and be a powerful creator!
Breathe out and trust the process of life

This is all for you. It’s all happening in your favor. Relax and let what you want come to you!
