Forgive Yourself Then Act
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Whatever you’re going through, love will help. It may not answer everything. But underlying everything is love. Love really can be the answer and it starts within. We can start by loving ourselves, unconditionally.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I love myself.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I love myself.

Open yourself up to love right now. Decide to take action from love instead of fear. Intend to live your life with love today and let love guide your actions.

Part of unconditional love is forgiving the past. Letting the past go. Decide right now to forgive yourself so that you are open to flowing. Open to change. Open to action.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I forgive myself.

Forgive yourself for your ignorance. Forgive yourself for the times you acted out of fear instead of love. Forgive yourself for doubting yourself. Forgive yourself. You didn’t know back then. But now you do. It’s time to move on with love.

Even though in the past I’ve been ignorant, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself exactly the way I am. Even though I wish I would have done some things differently, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself. Even though I’m so critical of myself and know that I can do better, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself. It’s only through this love and forgiveness that we can allow change to flow through ourselves.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I forgive myself.

I forgive myself. I forgive myself. I forgive myself.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I forgive myself.

Decide to let the past go. And to move forward only with love. Decide to give yourself love first so that your cup is full and you have some to share.

Breathing in, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.
Breathing out, I forgive myself.

Breathing out, I forgive myself.

Now set your intention. Allow yourself to fully enter this present moment, where you power lies. Harness this power and direct it towards what you want. What is it that you want?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and set that intention.

I want to help. I want to be of service. I want to uplift and inspire. I want to love. I want to love unconditionally, myself and everyone else. I want to live in unconditional love. I intend to live in unconditional love.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I forgive myself.

Breathing in, I intend to love unconditionally.
Breathing out, I love you unconditionally.

Trust that you’re in the right place at the right time. Trust that life is unfolding perfectly. Trust that you have the power to help shape this world.

Give yourself the love that you need. Give yourself the love that’s already inside of you. And then you will have love to give and share. Love to uplift the world. Love to change the things that need to be changed.
