Play With The Pandemic
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because today you’re going to play!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body. It’s easier to play when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and gather your attention.
Breathe out and feel better already!

Just get your attention into the present moment, away from all those worried thoughts, away from all that financial anxiety.

Breathe in and pull your attention into this present moment.
Breathe out and start feeling an inkling of playfulness!

Playfulness is what’s going to get us through. Laughing is going to get us through! Playing with the pandemic is going to get us through this!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and smile!

If you can let yourself feel playful, if you can let yourself lighten up and laugh, you’ll start seeing the silver linings, the positive aspects. And laughter is good for the immune system!

Breathe in and decide to play today!
Breathe out and ask yourself, “What would it look like if I played with the pandemic?”

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Yeah, we all want everything to be ok. We want everyone to be healthy. We want our money to stay flowing. We want more money. We want to know that our rent and bills are going to be paid. We want to know we’re going to have enough food and water.

Breathe in and let all those preferences go!
Breathe up… Breathe up? Breathe up! Breathe yourself up!

It’s time to let go of caring about what happens. It’s time to let go of caring about the outcome. It’s time to just say, “I don’t give a fuck!” And enjoy what we have right here, right now.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and breathe up!

Breathe yourself up! Breathe yourself up to the next level! Breathe yourself up to a higher vibration!Breathe yourself up to feeling better, right now! When you feel better, you see the solutions. When you feel better, things start working out.

Breathe in and notice how you feel right now.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “How do I feel right now?”

Now say to yourself, “I’ve noticed I feel this way and that’s ok!” I’ve noticed I feel terrified and that’s ok. I’ve noticed I feel panicked and that’s ok. I’ve noticed I feel a lack mindset and that’s ok! I’ve noticed I feel worried and anxious and that’s ok! I’ve noticed that I’m beating myself up for tripping over my words and that’s ok! Ive noticed that I’m putting a lot of pressure on myself to still make money and that’s ok!

Breathe in and be ok with what is!
Breathe out and surrender those preferences.

Surrender caring about the outcome. Let go of your attachment to outcome. The outcome’s not going to look like any of us think it is. We don’t know what’s going to happen, but we do know how we feel right now and we do know that we get to choose our next thought!

Breathe in and take control of your vibration!
Breathe out and smile because that will help you feel better!

And if you don’t feel good, let yourself feel it. Let yourself cry. Write in your journal. Write a diary entry. Do anything to get what you’re feeling and experiencing, out of your mind!

Breathe in and relax! It’s going to be ok!
Breathe out and trust the process of life!

We’re all going to be affected. But life knows what’s best. We can trust the process of life. We can trust that it’s going to work out for the greater good and that’s what we need to focus on right now—the greater good. The greater good of the planet, the greater good of our species.

Breathe in and focus on the greater good!
Breathe out and ask god, or life, or the universe, to help you serve the greater good.

Dear life, dear the universe, dear god, I ask you to please just help me serve the greater good! That’s all we can do, is the serve the greater good.

Breathe in and start serving the greater good right now!
Breathe out and know that you are serving the greater good, just by choosing to meditate, just by choosing to look at it from a different perspective.

Now it’s time to play with this motherfucking pandemic!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and decide to play with the pandemic!

How can we play with the pandemic today? Sometimes making jokes about it feels a little insensitive, laughing about it can seem hard, so how can we play with it? How can we get a breath of playfulness about this situation?

Breathe in and begin by smiling!
Breathe out and smile because your mind will take cues from your body.

Just like when you slow down your breath, it slows down your thoughts. If you can slow down and smile, your body will start feeling better. Your emotions will start feeling better. Your thoughts will start feeling better!

Breathe in and begin to play by smiling!
Breathe out and start feeling the feeling of playfulness!

What does it feel like to be playful? It feels like fun! It feels like, “I love what I’m doing!” It feels like relief! It feels like joy! It feels like laughing! How can we laugh through this? How can we laugh even if we’re sick? How can we laugh even if our loved ones get sick? How can we laugh even if a lot of people die?

Breathe in and ask for laughter!
Breathe out and pray for laughter!

Just pray for laughter! That’s what we can do! That would really help!

Breathe in and play for laughter!
Breathe out and pray for play!

Everything is going to be ok. Even if we all get sick and die, it will serve the greater good. We can serve the greater good starting right now, by not taking this seriously. We can serve the greater good by choosing love instead of fear. We can serve the greater good by helping each other laugh and have fun! That’s why we’re here in physical reality! To have fun with it! Just to experience the feeling of joy! When we’re dead, it’s all just permanent love and I guess that gets boring because there’s no contrast to make us appreciate the constant love. This contrast that’s happening right now, in our world, is happening so that we can experience the other side of the wave!

Breathe in and just imagine the other side of the wave!
Breathe out and imagine what the future can be like after this!

What if we don’t have to be slaves to capitalism anymore? What if we don’t have to worry about paying for healthcare? What if we don’t have to worry about paying the rent? What if we don’t have to worry about working even when we’re sick? What if we don’t have to worry about climate change? And fracking! What if all those things come to an end? What if there’s no more pollution? What if all the animals get better? What if all the forests grow back? What if we have a new political system where everyone takes care of each other? What if it all works out for the best?

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and know that it’s all happening in our favor!

Everything that’s happening, is happening in our favor. And even though we’re scared, even though we’re worried, even though we’re afraid, even though we’re anxious, even though we don’t know what’s going to happen, we can still be present and playful and trust the process of life!

W can trust balance will be restored. We can trust we’ll be ok even after we die. We can trust our consciousness will live on.

Breathe in and start feeling empowered!
Breathe out and truly let go of those worries!

Say to those worries, “I don’t give a fuck!” I’m going to enjoy what time I have left here! I’m going to have fun with what time I have left here! I’m going to be playful with this pandemic! What else can we do? Let’s just laugh! Let’s just play and have fun! Let’s make the best! Let’s look for the positive aspects.

Breathe in and decide to enjoy what you have!
Breathe out and commit to playing with the pandemic!

Life is just for fun. And most of us are getting the break that we’ve been wanting! The planet’s getting the break that it’s been wanting. So many desires are being answered right now!

Breathe in and let go of that attachment to the outcome.
Breathe out and be grateful for this change.

We wanted change. We wanted this. We wanted massive social change didn’t we? We wanted this!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

We’re going to play with this pandemic! We’re going to have fun in the pandemic! We’re going to choose love over fear! We’re going to choose to have fun!

Breathe in and choose love over fear!
Breathe out and choose to play with the pandemic!

And if you don’t know how to play with the pandemic, if things get too scary, just go back to your breath, go back to your presence, and smile! And your smiling will cue your body and your mind to start bringing in those solutions. To start bringing in the laughter!

Breathe in and feel your playfulness returning!
Breathe out and really commit to having fun in the pandemic!

There’s not much else we can do other than stay home, relax, be patient. And laugh!

Laughing is our medicine right now! Laughing is going to really help! It’s time to play! It’s time to enjoy the time we have here!

Breathe in and be light!
Breathe out and lead with your example!

If you can be light and play and laugh, you’ll inspire other people to be light and play and laugh! Its all working out for all of us. Life has our best interests in mind.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and smile!

You’re going to play with this pandemic! You’re going to have fun with this pandemic! It’s all working out for us! I love you so much! Life loves you so much! And everything is going to be ok! I promise!

Breathe in and commit to playing with the pandemic!
Breathe out and just laugh!

Everything is going to be ok!
