Breathe in and smile because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Let your mind slow down. Let your shoulders relax.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

This is the right place and the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You don’t need that thing to make you happy. You can choose to feel good right now!

Breathe in and choose to feel good right now!
Breathe out and remember your mood is your work! Your mood is your work!

Breathe in and relax. Your mood is your work!
Breathe out and just be here now.

When you step outside of your thoughts, into the present moment, you return to your natural feeling-good state. If your mood is your work, the easiest way to work on your mood is just wake up in the dream! Become present, right here, right now.

Your mood is your work. Feeling joyful is your work. Relaxing is your work. Loving is your work.

Breathe in and focus on love!
Breathe out and feel the love in your heart.

Practicing feeling joy and love and fun and relaxation—that’s your real job. Then your actual money-making work will be easy if you’re doing it in a state of love and joy and fun!

Breathe in and enter a state of love and joy and fun!
Breathe out and feel how relaxed you feel when you’re in love and in joy and having fun.

Breathe in and just decide to enjoy life today.
Breathe out and make that your work today.

Your mood is your work. Your mood is your work. Decide right now to start feeling better. Start feeling the best you’ve ever felt! You can do it! All you have to do is smile and step outside of your thoughts. Your thoughts are the only thing that can make you feel bad!

Your presence is your power. Your mood is your work. And to work on your mood, you only have to step outside of your thoughts, into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. It’s right here, right now. We’re here, we made it!

It’s all working out for you! It’s getting easier and easier to spend your days in presence and love and joy and fun!
