Initial Design

The format of this design was based largely on a self-sustained, diagrammatical, no-scroll window. The design was more deeply rooted in multimedia and explanation, centering around the process itself instead of existing as a place for resources and forum.

 

 

The problem with this design, as it stood, were two things primarily:

1. 1. Green is too obvious a color for the motif and was tonally limiting, namely in how this was incorporated in the design.
2. 2. The structure of the site was not what I wanted it to be: my intention was to promote solar energy, using the process as an illustration more than as the center of the website.
