You Must Pray Constantly (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

You must pray constantly today.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax into the idea that you must pray constantly today.

This is not to please some god. It’s just to stop the thoughts.

Breathe in and pray constantly today.
Breathe out and devote yourself to praying in whatever manner you enjoy.

As you go about your day, find a prayer that you can use as your mantra or mental code. And just think that over and over and over and over. It helps if you do believe in some higher power that you’re praying to, because then you can do it with more heart. Really, all you’re doing is picking something to focus on that isn’t worrying, overthinking, judging, etc.

Breathe in and choose your prayer.
Breathe out and let the prayer come to you.

My favorite is “Thank You,” also known as “Gratitude in Advance.” You’re the source of your experience. However you feel is what you see reflected. When you feel true gratitude in your heart, you start seeing evidence of things to be grateful for. It’s not magick. It’s not religion. It’s just the reality of the world we live in.

Breathe in and remember there’s only one consciousness.
Breathe out and feel empowered.

Since there’s only one consciousness and you are consciousness, you can direct how the rest of consciousness is. However you are, is how the rest of it is. So you choose and then you see it reflected. We’re lucky to live in this physical reality with a time delay so that you don’t instantly manifest your nightmares. But remember you’re the source. You have the power. You are in control. And your control is not in forcing, it’s not in thinking, it’s in letting go. And what you are letting go of is the thoughts.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts.
Breathe out and remember only your thoughts can make you feel bad.

That’s why we pray constantly. Whatever your prayer is, just think it over and over and over. I love using thank you because even if I’m not praying to some separate god, I am praying to the larger part of me, the whole consciousness, the infinite that’s beyond the mind. It’s a way to use your mind to access infinite intelligence.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

We can feel so powerless when things are happening that we don’t like or when we’re worried that something’s going to happen or not happen. But when you say thank you and you feel that innocence, that gratitude, that joy, that relief, you’re paving the way for your future experiences. You are generating the circumstances to be grateful for, because you are the source. All of reality is just reflecting you. We’re all one consciousness.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and feel so powerful.

It’s easy to get mixed in experienced when you have to go places and do things and work, talk to people. You start feeling like it’s very real and you’re very powerless and you have no control. And so you start trying to control with judgment or worrying or forcing. But you are the source. It’s all one and when you slow down, life slows down. When you feel gratitude, there’s things to be grateful for. You’re the source. Take your power back. Un-mix from experience. Stop letting experience toss you around. Decide what you want experience to be and make it that way.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and feel that gratitude in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you for the best day of my life. Thank you for the good mood. Thank you for the miracles in my inbox. Thank you for the miracles for my loved ones. Thank you for the peace I feel with my loved ones. Thank you for the best day. Thank you for the good mood. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel how easy it is.
Breathe out and relax. It’s all happening in your favor.

Everything ever created led up to right now. This moment is when you get your power back. This moment is when you start creating the life you want to live.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

It’s all working out for you now. And now you get to see the evidence because you’re praying constantly and letting go of control and you are now in the flow.

Be A Match To Miracles (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Allow yourself to relax. Come to center. Let the relief come to you.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because smiling will always make you feel better.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Everything that happens is happening for you, not to you.
So it’s safe to say thank you and let it all be as it is.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and open yourself up to inspiration, intuition, messages from your higher self.

Breathe in and keep relaxing.
Breathe out and keep slowing down.

This is the right place and the right time. Nothing needs to change for you to feel better, for you to feel in love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and get that glimmer of knowing: yes I am aware.

Get the breath away from your thoughts, that gap where the peace is, where the love is, where the joy is.

Breathe in and ask again, am I aware?
Breathe out and genuinely look.

Am I aware? Am I aware that I am aware? Am I noticing? Am I existing?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You need to practice this, because the mind doesn’t want to let go. The mind doesn’t want to look if you’re aware. The mind wants to stay in control but control is letting go and letting go is simply asking, am I aware? It helps you let go of the thoughts, let go of the worries, let go of the tension, let go of the stress.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Trust this holy question. Trust that when you ask, am I aware, god’s waiting for you. God is revealed. The magick is revealed simply by asking, am I aware?

Breathe in and trust this question.
Breathe out and notice it working already.

Am I aware?

Breathe in and notice: am I aware?
Breathe out and feel it right now.

Yes I am aware. When I am aware, I have no problems because my mind is present, focused here, now. All problems are in the mind. When I am aware, I have no problems, because I’m not agitated, worrying, so I’m at peace. When I am aware, I’m not noticing lack and what’s missing, so I’m happy. And when I am aware, I don’t feel separate from those I love because I’m not thinking about them. I’m not worried about them. I’m not wondering what they think about me. I’m just here in the present moment where all the power is, where the love is, where the playfulness is.

Breathe in and feel relieved.
Breathe out and just be aware of being aware.

Give it a few seconds of practice and you’ll feel lighter. You’ll feel playful. You’ll feel magickal. This is your magick: just being present. And am I aware? is just a way to be present, to step away from the thoughts, to get a breath from the anxiety.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Be obsessed with this thought, this question, this inquiry. You don’t stay with the thought. You ask the question, which is the thought, and then you stay with the presence which is the
answer. The presence is the answer.

Breathing, in am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware and this tree bears immediate fruit. The miracles happen when I am aware because the answer to the question, am I aware, is presence
and presence is what makes you a match to miracles. Today, be a match to miracles.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I’ve let my problems go and I am now in the flow.

Focus On The Seeing (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Right now, get some perspective. Let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m filled with uncertainty. Yes, I’m dreading doing the things that I know I have to do. Yes, I am trapped in my thoughts. Yes, I am resisting.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.

I chose this uncertainty. Uncertainty is god. I chose the cold weather. I did choose this cold weather. I chose to live here. I like it in many ways. I’m accepting the things that I think I have to do. I like doing them. I’m accepting what is because I did choose it.

Breathe in and know it’s all happening in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

It’s all happening in your favor. Thank you for the uncertainty. Thank you for the things to do. I would be so bored if I didn’t have the things to do. I would feel like I have no purpose and I hate feeling like I have no purpose. Thank you.

Breathe in and have a purpose today.
Breathe out and say thank you for the purpose today.

Thank you.

Breathe in and feel that gratitude.
Breathe out and feel the gratitude shifting your whole experience.

When you remember, when you realize everything is happening in your favor, it’s so much easier to go through your day.

Breathe in and remember your superpower of thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you to all the uncertainty, all the dread, all the resistance, all the things you don’t want to do.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I do know that. Thank you.

Breathe in and have a good attitude today.
Breathe out and don’t need anything to change today.

Thank you. I don’t need anything to change. I’m happy in this moment. Thank you.

Breathe in and see it’s all perfect and in its place.
Breathe out and relax into where you are.

This is what you wanted. This is what you asked for it. This is what you chose. Thank you.

Breathe in and relax into thank you.
Breathe out and feel so grateful for the way things are.

Almost everything in your life is going well. Almost everything in your life is working out. If not for the thoughts, everything would be perfect.

Breathe in and say thank you for the thoughts.
Breathe out and welcome the thoughts.

They’re creating your reality. Your thoughts are what’s making this experience possible. The contrast is creating your physical reality. If you didn’t have the thoughts, the resistance, the desire for change, you wouldn’t get to live in this physical reality. You would just be boring old god, blissful all the time. And that’s boring.

Breathe in and welcome the excitement of this day.
Breathe out and enjoy this.

It’s not serious. You’re just passing the time of eternity. This is just a dream, just an adventure. Say thank you and welcome it. And then you can enjoy it.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Breathe in and be optimistic about this day.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

In this moment, everything is perfect and in its place. You are doing everything right and there is nothing to worry about.

Breathe out and do that by focusing on the seeing instead of the objects seen.

Breathe in and focus on seeing.
Breathe out and let go of what you see.

Put your attention behind your eyes instead of in front of your eyes. Practice this today to pass the time to get your mind off your thoughts. To see everything is made up of awareness. Focus on the awareness instead of what you are aware of. And the thoughts will drop. You will feel so much better. And you will notice life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you for the way things are.
Breathe out and say thank you because you are the source.

You are creating your reality and now you will receive things to be grateful for. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and relax your body into this moment.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

It’s all happening in your favor. Every little thing is going to be okay.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”

It’s not serious.

Trust the process of life. Trust you’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe out and keep slowing down into this moment.

Ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathe out and feel your attention turn around to look at its source.

Welcome whatever your contrast is. Me, I’m really tired. My body is really tired. Welcome fatigue. Thank you. I know you’re in my favor.

I accept this fatigue as if I had chosen it. I mean, I did choose it. I’m the one who did the things to my body to make it so tired. I did choose it.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender into what is.

Acknowledge what is. Accept what is. Surrender to what is.

Breathe in and stop fighting.
Breathe out and let go.

Let go of the thoughts. Let go of the scheming and the planning, the manipulating, the trying to control.

Breathe in and remember the only control is letting go.
Breathe out and let go. Stop trying to control.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it in your heart.

Thank you. I know this is in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and let thank you be your magick pill.
Breathe out and let thank you be your drug today.

Thank you. Thank you. When you say thank you, imagine you’re taking a little bit of speed or a little bit of whatever drug that you like. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel more energized already.

Muster up a little bit of energy for thank you. You will see life already is the way you want it to be. You will feel better right now and you will be a magnet for what you want.

Accept This As If You Chose It (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and surrender into this moment.

Accept it as if you had chosen it. Exactly where you are, whatever is going on, whatever problems you have, accept it as if you had chosen it.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

That’s one way to accept it, as if you had chosen it. As you go about your day, remind yourself: accept this. Accept this as if I had chosen it. Allow yourself to become present with this reminder and see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender. It’s all happening in your favor.

Thank you. Thank you. I accept this as if I had chosen it. Thank you.

Breathe in and accept this moment as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and notice how many moments you have chosen.

Notice how generally you really did choose where you are.
And the times that you didn’t choose, they are happening in your favor. And when you say thank you and you feel it in your heart, you shift your perspective and life starts showing you reasons to be grateful. You start understanding why it’s happening this way, because it is in your favor. Life is taking care of you right now.

Breathe in and accept this.
Breathe out and let this be your superpower in the moment when you’re noticing something you really don’t like. Accept this as if you had chosen it.

Breathe in and accept this as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and relax into this acceptance.

Life is so much easier when you don’t fight it. When you fight what is, you lose. You really don’t have any control and your resistant thoughts can’t change anything.

Breathe in and accept this as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and feel free.

Now you know the rules. When you accept it as if you had chosen it, you start seeing why it’s in your favor. You drop the resistance, so the miracles start flowing. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only the resistance pins the problems in place.

Breathe in and let the problems go.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Your problems are just thoughts. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and accept this.
Breathe out and enjoy being present today.

When you accept what is and stop fighting it, you relax. You feel better. You start seeing how it’s in your favor. You feel relief. All of these changes in your emotional state start attracting things that feel better, things to be grateful for. You are the source. Never forget. You’re the source of your experience.

Breathe in and feel relieved. You chose this.
Breathe out and accept where you are. You chose this.

When you accept it and you surrender, you do see life already as the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and accept this as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and see all the reasons why you did choose this.

Success Is Presence (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and step into your power, right here, right now.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and relax into the rhythm of life.
Breathe out and relax into the miracles today.

Everything that you want is flowing to you. You can relax and trust that what is meant for you is coming to you.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and trust life. Trust god, trust the universe.

Whatever higher power you believe in, trust it today. We are not here out of evil or indifference or randomly. This experience is made out of love. Nothing really bad can happen to you because who you really are was never born and will never die.

Breathe in and enjoy this day.
Breathe out and enjoy today’s experience.

No matter what happens, whether you like it or not, the goal is to be so present that you don’t notice if it’s good or bad because it’s only the thoughts that value things as good or bad. There is pain, sure, but even pain can be beneficial.

Breathe in and step away from the thoughts.
Breathe out and free yourself from the thoughts.

There are a lot of ways to free yourself from the thoughts. For some, it’s a lifelong journey. For others, it’s a sudden realization.

Breathe in and relax into the knowing.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Beyond the thoughts is knowing. Thoughts are just passing objects. It’s not who you are. They don’t belong to you. You’re not even responsible for them. You can’t control them.

Breathe in and step away from the thoughts.
Breathe out and do that by asking, who is having the thoughts?

Breathe in and inquire, who is having the thoughts?
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

No matter what happens today, whatever you’re thinking or feeling or reacting, keep asking yourself, who is thinking this? Who is having this experience? It makes your attention turn around to look at itself. It throws you back in the present. That’s the only goal of all of this meditation, all of this spirituality.

Breathe in and become one with the only goal.
Breathe out and reach the goal now.

Everything you want, you want because you think you will feel better, but you don’t need anything to change if you become present. Because when you are present, you have no problems. Your mind isn’t agitated, so you’re at peace. You don’t notice lack, so you’re happy and you don’t notice separation. You see there is no separation between you and those you love, so you’re in love.

Breathe in and know presence is always the answer.
Breathe out and let presence be the definition of your success today.

Success is not getting what you want. Success is not achieving things. Success is not money in the bank. Success is presence. And today, you can be so successful.

Breathe in and get what you want now.
Breathe out and be present now.

Presence is always the answer. When you have a problem, presence will solve it. When you’re in pain, presence will heal it.

Breathe in and go beyond the likes and dislikes.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences to presence.

Presence is what’s behind the preferences. The preferences are just thoughts. When you relax into presence, by using any of the techniques I’ve talked about in past videos, everything works out, you’re happy, you feel good no matter what happens and then things start going your way more and more and more, because you don’t need them to anymore.

Breathe in and have the best day of your life.
Breathe out and let presence be the answer.

Let yourself be a raging success today.

Stop Trying To Force (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and remember this is your power.

You are the source. Stop trying to force.

Breathe in and let what you want come to you today.
Breathe out and do that by becoming whole, by not needing anything to change.

Breathe in and relax until right now.
Breathe out and say thank you for right now.

It’s always right now. If you can feel relaxed and relieved right now, you’re going to get things that make you feel even more relaxed and relieved.

Breathe in and choose to feel the way you want to feel.
Breathe out and feel so relaxed and relieved right now.

Thank you. Thank you. Whatever is going on in your life right now, trust that it’s in your favor. Trust that god or life or the universe or source energy is on your side.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust you’re in the right place at the right time.

Just flip the switch with thank you and then enjoy where you are and what you want will come to you.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Whatever it is that you want to force, whether it’s planning something, coercing someone into doing something, going somewhere, adding something to your life or subtracting it—whatever it is that you’re trying to force that you think you’ll be happier when you get it—just say thank you for the way things are. It’s in your favor. Nothing needs to change.

Breathe in and say thank you for the way things are.
Breathe out and really feel it in your heart. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Even though I want to force the situation, I know that when I force, I break things. It splinters. It moves too quick. It’s like trying to force a plant to do something before it grew enough.
Stop trying to force. Life knows what it’s doing. Just say thank you so that you can feel relaxed and relieved. You’re the source. Let what you want come to you. It’s reflecting you. Have the patience and the trust to project what you want to receive and then give it a minute to let it come.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you.

Whatever’s bothering you, whatever it is you want to control—thank you. The way it is, is in your favor. Appreciate it the way it is. Be grateful for the way it is. It’s in your favor. Don’t push it away.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you.

Instead of forcing change in the world, change the way you look at things. Choose relaxation and relief and that’s what you’ll get. If you choose force and control, there will be more to force and control. You will get tired. You will get broken. You will get mad. When you force and control, it just makes a bigger mess.

Breathe in and stop trying to force and control.
Breathe out and let what you want come to you.

That’s your magick. Trust that you’re magickal. Believe that you’re the source. Know who you are: god in human form. You can have whatever you want.

Breathe in and manifest the best day of your life today.
Breathe out and do that by having the best day of your life in this second.

You start by saying thank you for the things you want to change and then you just relax. You just enjoy where you are.

Presence Is The Answer To Everything (transcript)

Breathe out and remember, presence is the answer to everything.

Presence is always the answer.

You want what you want so you can feel better, so you can enjoy where you are, but you can enjoy where you are right now without anything having to change.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and take control of your vibration.

The only thing you can control in this experience is your perspective, how you look at things.

Breathe in and notice how you’re looking at things.
Breathe out and remember when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and remember the power of every single thought and word.

Whatever you believe, it’s true. You’re right. Your beliefs are creating your experience.

I want to believe that life is good. Life is just for fun. That I am god experiencing physical reality. I want to believe that everything is made up of love.

Whatever you believe, reality is reflecting that.

Breathe out and be the source.

It’s not complicated. However you are vibrating with your thoughts and emotions—that’s what you’re going to receive back.

One belief that always helps me is that everything is happening in my favor, that I might not understand it at the time when things happen that I think are happening against me, but every single thing that happens is happening in my favor. For me, not to me.

Breathe in and notice it’s all happening in your favor.
Breathe out and see the evidence already.

Nothing about this choosing your beliefs is complicated. When you realize through life experience that your experience is reflecting you, it’s easy to take your power back.

Breathe in and take your power back right now.
Breathe out and do that with thank you.

If you are the source of your experience and you feel gratitude in your heart, you will see things to be grateful for reflected back to you.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and do it right now. Thank you.

Whatever you think is happening against you, notice how it’s actually happening in your favor. You don’t have to know why. You don’t have to know how. You just decide, “Thank you. I know this is in my favor. Thank you.” That is the belief that you can choose today and see it reflected back. Take your power back. Be the source. You already are, but take responsibility for what you experience.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. These delays are in my favor. Thank you. This drama is in my favor. Thank you. This time crunch is in my favor. Thank you. This tension is in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel how powerful you are.
Breathe out and notice how you already have the upper hand.

Nothing can harm you. Nothing can upset you when you look at everything as a gift.

Breathe in and say thank you for the gift today.
Breathe out and know it’s all working out for you now.

Not only is it all happening in your favor, but now you get to experience it and enjoy it and feel better now.

This Is Happening In Your Favor (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

You’re in the right place at the right time. Everything you think that is happening against you is happening in your favor.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and be grateful for what is.

What’s bothering you right now?

Me, I feel uneasy about a relationship. Thank you for the unease about the relationship. It’s keeping me on my toes. I am frustrated about some cracked grout. Thank you for the cracked grout. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the cracked grout. I am anxious about my day. Thank you for the anxiety about my day. It’s how I know I’ll do a good job. Thank you.

Breathe in and know it’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

It’s all happening in your favor, even and especially the things you don’t like.

Breathe in and keep lightening up.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”

It’s not serious. Whatever emotions are passing through you as you think about the things you’re dreading, get some perspective. Remind yourself, “Oh yeah, this is actually happening in my favor.” And you can feel yourself catch it, that little opening of optimism. “Hey, this could be in my favor. This could be for the best. Thank you. Thank you.”

But the thing is, you’re not trying to protect yourself in the future. You’re not trying to make sure something manifests right in the future. The point is just that you’re feeling better now. And when you say thank you and you feel it in your heart, you feel better now. You can admit the truth that everything that happens is in your favor. It led you to where you are now. Everything has always worked out for you and it always will. But you don’t have to worry about the future. You don’t have to worry about the cracked grout.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and just be enlightened now.

It’ll all work out. Someone else will take care of it or you’ll catch a wind and you’ll take care of it yourself. You don’t have to think about it. Just say thank you and feel better now.

Breathe out and be innocent.

You never did anything wrong. Nothing is your fault. It’s all unfolding in perfect timing. There is no rush.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel better now.

Thank you. Thank you. You’re not doing this to manifest a better future, although that is what it’s doing. You’re saying thank you and really feeling it so that you feel better now. Optimism is about the future, but you need to be here now. This is where the magick is. This is where your power is. This is where change happens: now.

Breathe in and lighten up.
Breathe out and smile because this is the best day of your life.

You are innocent. You are not responsible. You are not to blame. You are not guilty. You are doing everything right. Everything that gives you that feeling of dread—just say thank you. It’s happening in your favor. You can trust that now.

Breathe in and be enlightened right here, right now.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it.

Thank you. I am free now. Thank you. I am free now. It’s only the thoughts that make you feel bad. Be free now.

Breathe in and ask who am I who is seeking for freedom?
Breathe out and be the freedom.

There is nothing to seek. The only freedom required is freedom from believing your thoughts are true. You can just let them all go.

Ask, Who Is Worried? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and relax your body.

There’s nothing to worry about. Nothing to overthink.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is right now.

Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I’m worried. Yes, I’m overthinking. Yes, I feel uneasy.

Breathe in and let yourself feel however you feel.
Breathe out and ask who feels uneasy?

Breathe in and look, who feels uneasy?
Breathe out and let that question wake you up in the dream.

Who feels uneasy? Who is anxious? Who is overthinking? Who is worried? It brings your attention away from the thoughts back onto the source of attention itself.

Breathe in and drop the worries.
Breathe out and do that by looking.

Who is worried? The truth is there is no central person who is worried.
There is no core of you. Worry is just a passing state of mind. You can let it go easily by asking who is worried. You feel your attention turn around to look at itself instantly. And it’s like you’re stunned into not having an answer because there is no answer. There is no one there. The mind will start coming up with answers like, “I am.” Well, who’s “I”?

Breathe in and know “I” is just a thought too.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing.

All the thoughts are passing in temporary. They don’t have to be true if you don’t want them to be true. It’s just an illusion. It’s a collection of “I feel this. I like that. I am this.” You think this is making up you, the center of you, but you are just awareness. You are just a centralized awareness noticing the thoughts going by, noticing the sensations of emotions.

Breathe in and stop taking it so seriously.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”

All of these mantras and mental codes and mental gymnastics are just that. Mental gymnastics. You never get out of them. The trick is to drop the thoughts. I like using, am I aware? But the mind comes in and starts thinking about what it all means. I get stuck thinking about meaning all the time.

Breathe in and drop the meaning.
Breathe out and remember you’re the creator.

Focus on the things you can control. All you can control in this experience is how you look at things. And then the things you look at change.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and let the things you look at change.

Just ask, “Who was worried?” Your attention turns around right away. You can almost see it dropping the thought and going back to center. You just have to be aware enough to know you’re thinking, to notice what you’re thinking, to not get swept up in the tornado of thoughts, thinking that they’re true.

Breathe in and ask, “Who thinks it’s true?”
Breathe out and genuinely inquire today.

There is no central person there to be threatened. You are just experience, experiencing, experience. It’s not serious. It’s just for fun. Who is here just for fun?

Breathe in and be empowered today.
Breathe out and enjoy experience today.

Who is enjoying experience today?
