Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Relax your body.
Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.
You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Allow yourself to relax. Come to center. Let the relief come to you.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because smiling will always make you feel better.
Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.
Everything that happens is happening for you, not to you.
So it’s safe to say thank you and let it all be as it is.
Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and open yourself up to inspiration, intuition, messages from your higher self.
Breathe in and keep relaxing.
Breathe out and keep slowing down.
This is the right place and the right time. Nothing needs to change for you to feel better, for you to feel in love.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and get that glimmer of knowing: yes I am aware.
Get the breath away from your thoughts, that gap where the peace is, where the love is, where the joy is.
Breathe in and ask again, am I aware?
Breathe out and genuinely look.
Am I aware? Am I aware that I am aware? Am I noticing? Am I existing?
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
You need to practice this, because the mind doesn’t want to let go. The mind doesn’t want to look if you’re aware. The mind wants to stay in control but control is letting go and letting go is simply asking, am I aware? It helps you let go of the thoughts, let go of the worries, let go of the tension, let go of the stress.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
Trust this holy question. Trust that when you ask, am I aware, god’s waiting for you. God is revealed. The magick is revealed simply by asking, am I aware?
Breathe in and trust this question.
Breathe out and notice it working already.
Am I aware?

Breathe out and feel it right now.
Yes I am aware. When I am aware, I have no problems because my mind is present, focused here, now. All problems are in the mind. When I am aware, I have no problems, because I’m not agitated, worrying, so I’m at peace. When I am aware, I’m not noticing lack and what’s missing, so I’m happy. And when I am aware, I don’t feel separate from those I love because I’m not thinking about them. I’m not worried about them. I’m not wondering what they think about me. I’m just here in the present moment where all the power is, where the love is, where the playfulness is.
Breathe in and feel relieved.
Breathe out and just be aware of being aware.
Give it a few seconds of practice and you’ll feel lighter. You’ll feel playful. You’ll feel magickal. This is your magick: just being present. And am I aware? is just a way to be present, to step away from the thoughts, to get a breath from the anxiety.

Breathing out, yes I am.
Be obsessed with this thought, this question, this inquiry. You don’t stay with the thought. You ask the question, which is the thought, and then you stay with the presence which is the
answer. The presence is the answer.

Breathing out, yes I am aware.
I am aware that I am aware and this tree bears immediate fruit. The miracles happen when I am aware because the answer to the question, am I aware, is presence
and presence is what makes you a match to miracles. Today, be a match to miracles.
