Registering (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Remember you are the source. You must become it to see it. So choose gratitude right now to receive things to be grateful for.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Trust it’s all in your favor. Trust it’s all working out for you.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let your worries go.

Let the thoughts go. You don’t have to go with the thoughts. You can let them go. Today as you go about your day, think to yourself: registering.

Breathing in, registering…
Breathing out, registering…

There is always the awareness, registering what’s happening. There is always the unconditional noticing. You cannot stop noticing. You cannot stop being aware. You cannot stop registering what is happening. You always know you exist. You always know you are here. And if you can stay in that knowing, you stay one with all that is. Because everything is the awareness. Everything is the registering. Everything is the unconditional noticing.

Breathe in and let it be simple.
Breathe out and rest as the thing that comes before thought.

Before you have the thought “I am,” you are the registering in which the thought “I am” arises. You are the awareness in which thoughts arise.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I registering what’s happening?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am registering what’s happening.

I’m registering the sounds of the lights. I am registering the sound of my voice. I am registering the light from my computer in front of me. I am registering the thoughts that are thinking about what I’m saying. I am registering the feeling of the breath coming out of my mouth. I am registering the feeling of my phone in my lap so that if it vibrates, you don’t hear it.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I registering what’s happening?”
Breathe out and know for sure, for sure, yes, I am registering what’s happening.

I am noticing it unconditionally. I am aware of what’s happening. I am aware I exist.

Breathing in, am I registering what’s happening?
Breathing out, yes, I am registering what’s happening.

These techniques—they just help you identify as the pure awareness that comes before thoughts so that you can see you’re not your thoughts. You can see the thoughts are just arising and they’re not you. They don’t belong to you. They seem like they’re personal to your body-mind, but they’re just arisings. And if you don’t let them matter, they don’t matter.

Breathe in and be the registering.
Breathe out and be the registering.

The registering is just like a field, a flat field, a single point. The registering is the blank space in which the waves appear.

Breathe in and be the space in which it appears.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

I try so hard to explain to my mind how it works. My mind wants to know, so bad—“What is this? What is awareness? How do I feel good? What’s going on? Why am I here?” None of those thoughts matter. They’re all just thoughts. And the mind will never grasp what this really is, because the mind is held within the registering. The mind is held within the unconditional noticing, the pure awareness. The mind can never contain the pure awareness. It can never contain the unconditional noticing, so it will always be confusing to the mind.

Breathe in and rest as the registering of what’s happening.
Breathe out and let it be simple.

You’re already doing it. There’s no thought, there’s no mental trick. All thought is an effort, an action, an activity, subtle sound, motion, a wave of opposites. You are the still pure awareness. You are the field of registering that’s noticing everything unconditionally and if you can rest as that, the pure awareness, you will be one with all that is and that’s how you get love, that’s how you be love, that’s how you feel unconditional love, which is what we want from all of our worldly desires, like drugs and relationships and work, health. It’s all for love.

Breathe in and become one with the love.
Breathe out and know you’re already doing it.

You’re already here. Just let the wave of thought settle. You can ask yourself, “Am I aware? Who am I?” Or you can just say, “Registering. Am I registering? Am I registering what’s happening?” And then just be that noticing. Stay with the noticing. Watch the thoughts arise, but don’t get emotionally invested. Let them go. Just watch them.

Breathe in and be the registering.
Breathe out and relax into the oneness.

You’re already doing it. You made it. You’re here. This is it. This is it. This is the love, this is the moment you’ve been waiting for.

Breathe in and be the pure love that’s registering it all.
Breathe out and feel the pure love that you are, unconditionally noticing, unconditionally registering, unconditionally aware, accepting at all, resisting nothing, open. Receptive.

Breathe in and say yes to the registering.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am now identified as the registering. I am now in the flow.
