You Don’t Have To Let It Affect You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes. I’m furious. Yes, I’ve been crying for an hour. Yes, I feel like my world is falling apart. Yes, I’m so mad. Yes, I am pissed.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is.

Let your body relax. Let yourself be the background of experience, pure awareness.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and go within.

You don’t have to let the world affect you. Even the things that are so close to you that it feels like it’s a part of you, it’s still the world, you don’t have to let it affect you.

Breathe in and just be.
Breathe out and be the background of experience, pure awareness. Be the background.

Breathe in and be the background.
Breathe out and relax.

Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems. All of the problems, all of the suffering is caused by thinking.

Breathe in and surrender your thoughts.
Breathe out and smile. You always have the upper hand with thank you. You can turn it around right now with thank you. Thank you. I know it’s happening in my favor.

Breathe in and stop letting the world affect you today.
Breathe out and be free.

If you can relax your mind, relax your attention and stay as you are, pure awareness, your problems will solve themselves.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware I have no problems. It takes practice. Sometimes you can do it right away. To stay as you are, you’re already doing it. The hardest thing and the easiest thing. To just relax your attention. To notice you’re already doing it. You’re already aware. That’s all you have to do.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes. I am.

I am now aware and I am now in the flow.
