Be The Background (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you thank you thank you I know it’s in my favor.

Let yourself relax into this moment let yourself feel ease and flow. Let go of those thoughts, let go right now.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

It’s not serious. No matter what the stress tells you, no matter what your thoughts tell you, it’s not serious.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep lightening up.
Breathe out and ask yourself. Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware that I exist? Am I aware of what’s going on? Am I aware of what I’m witnessing?

Breathe in and ask. Am I aware?
Breathe out and look for the answer.

Don’t think about it. Look for it. Feel your mind release the thoughts. Feel your attention turn around to look at itself. Yes, I am aware. I am aware that I am aware.

Breathe in and be aware.
Breathe out and rest as pure awareness.

Awareness is what makes up everything. Awareness is the space or the field in which everything arises. Awareness is also unconditional love because it lets anything arise. It doesn’t resist anything. Awareness allows everything unconditionally.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and be the background in which forms arise.

Today as you go about your day, say to yourself over and over, “Be the background.” All that means is identify as the awareness in which everything arises instead of identifying as your thoughts or your emotions or your body.

Breathe in and be the background.
Breathe out and be the background in which everything arises.

Be the background against which all things are seen. Be the background, the unconditional love that allows everything. That resists nothing.

Breathe in and be the background.
Breathe out and relax.

Nothing has to affect you. You don’t have to get so riled up by the ups and downs of life. You can be the background, simply identified as pure awareness, relaxed, allowing, identified as unconditional love. And when you do this, when you make the conscious choice to place your attention on identifying as awareness, you release the tension, you release the stress, you release the hold that the thoughts have on you. And then when you let go of your problems, your thinking, your problems work themselves out. Manifestations start arising rapidly. Miracles flow to you because now you’re a match, you’re unconditional love. You can see them now.

Breathe in and be the background.
Breathe out and smile because that’s the key, that’s the solution, that’s the relief you need.

Simply identify as pure awareness with whatever technique works for you. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Say to yourself, “Pure awareness, I am.” Ask yourself, “Who am I?” or simply say, “Be the background.”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems, because my attention is resting on its source. My mind is not agitated, so I am at peace. I notice no lack, so I am happy. And I am identified as the thing we all have in common, pure awareness. So I experience no separation from those I love.

You can do this anywhere. You can do this with anyone. When you simply identify as pure awareness, you’re in love with everyone. Everyone is in love with you.

Breathe in and be in love with everyone.
Breathe out and let everyone be in love with you.

You made it. This is it. Be the background and see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say, “Yes!”
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”
