Daily Meditation – Rest In the Scaffolding of Existence (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Trust that life is taking care of you today. Trust that you can surrender your problems and your preferences. Trust that you are god and so there’s nothing that you have to control or manage or stress about or strive to achieve.

Breathe in and know it’s already done.
Breathe out and just be the witness.

Watch your life unfold today. Rest in your sense of being, in your sense I AM.

Breathe in and say thank you, thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

I know it’s happening in my favor.

As you go about your day, when your mind starts dragging you along for a painful ride, decide to let it go and stay as you are. Pure awareness, your sense of presence, the knowing that you exist.

Breathe in and bask in the only knowing you need.
Breathe out and feel secure and confident that you can trust life.

You can trust God. You can trust the self, the one.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

That is how you stay as you are. That is how you choose to rest in god, to rest in the presence of god, instead of following the mind to problems, destruction, pain.

Breathe in and let the mind go.
Breathe out and make the choice today to let life take care of you.

If you can have trust and confidence in god or life or oneness, pure awareness, whatever you want to call it—if you can trust that you are that and that it’s taking care of you, you don’t have to work hard. You don’t have to stress and strive. Life takes care of life and you are life.

Breathe in and open up to the impulses from life.
Breathe out and trust that when it’s time, it’s time.

You don’t need a single thought. Thoughts separate, they divide, they make you feel small, scared, in danger. But if you can rest as you are, stay as I am, you will be safe. You are secure. You are taken care of in every moment. Nothing can harm you.

Breathe in and be secure today.
Breathe out and feel safe today.

It helps to first say thank you and feel that feeling of gratitude if you’re trapped in your mind. It helps you remember the truth that everything is happening in your favor, even your actions. Everything that has happened up until now has been in your favor. Flip the switch with thank you and feel the feeling.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. I know it’s happening in my favor.

Say that to your mind when it starts dragging you. “No, I’m flipping the switch. I know it’s happening in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.” And once you feel your mood lift just a tiny bit, once you remember that you are the source and that you do have control over your perspective and what you put your attention on, then you can relax in the presence of god and let god figure it out.

Breathe in and let god flow through you.
Breathe out and trust your intuition.

Trust the process of life, trust the impulses. Let go of all the thoughts about what should I do, should I have done that, what’s going to happen. I can’t believe they did that. Abandon all thoughts and stay as you are, pure awareness, and then you don’t have to struggle anymore. The perfect thing will happen at the perfect time. You will have the most beautiful serendipitous rendezvous.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and rest as the knowing that, “Yes, I am aware.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems because my mind isn’t agitated. I am not focused on lack and there is no separation from those I love because I am identified as pure awareness, the thing that we all have in common, the scaffolding of existence.

Breathe in and rest in the scaffolding of existence.
Breathe out and feel connected to everything.

It’s all unfolding perfectly, in your favor. Let your life be magical today.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
