Your suffering is caused by wanting it to be different from how it is.
Breathe in and say yes to how it is.
Breathe out and say thank you for how it is, because it’s all happening in your favor!
Breathe in and open up to receiving today!

Get in that place of gratitude right now. It’s all happening in your favor and you can reveal that to yourself by getting into the vibration of gratitude.

As you go about your day, rest in this place of gratitude. And when you are still, and there’s nothing that you want and you just want to feel good and you don’t need anything to change, focus on being. Your sense of being, your knowing that you are aware.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!
I am being aware of being aware. I am being.
Breathing in, I am being.
Breathing out, I am being.
I am being aware of being aware. Let yourself relax into being. When you say to yourself, I am being, can you feel your sense of being? Can you feel your sense I AM, or I exist? Rest in this place, this sense of being.
Breathing in, I am being!
Breathing out, I am being.
Keep practicing feeling for your sense of being. Gradually you’ll be able to just feel it without words, which is the whole goal—to not have to use any words. To not have to separate with concepts, to just exist and that’s enough.

Being. Just say the word to yourself quietly. Being. And stay there, rest there, be there. Everything is unfolding perfectly without your involvement. Today, allow the miracles to come to you by resting in your sense of being, with gratitude. And everything you want will flow to you. You won’t need it because you’ll feel good just how you are. And everything is perfect and in its place.
