Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Pull your attention into this present moment.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and just focus on your breath for a minute.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and remember how blessed you are.

You are the creator, living in physical reality. We’re all so lucky to get to be here, to have this experience.

Breathe in and feel gratitude for getting to be here!
Breathe out and slow down, and say thank you for everything about your experience.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and smile because thank you is the vibration of success!

Thank you is the vibration of appreciation. Thank you can be the vibration of joy!

Breathe in and remember the vibration of joy!
Breathe out and just say thank you for right now!

This is all we have, right now.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and just say thank you for right now!

Thank you for right now. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this body. Who or what you’re thanking is up to you. But if you like being alive and you like being here, just say thank you. When you pulse the vibration of gratitude, appreciation, and joy, it just attracts more to you. Make the decision right now, to pulse the vibration of gratitude, appreciation and joy!

Any time you notice yourself feeling annoyed at being inconvenienced or disturbed of your routine, go back to thank you. As you do each little task that you resist, say thank you. Thank you for allowing me to be here. Thank you for giving me what I have in my hands. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this breath. Just let that be your mental code today.

Breathing in, thank you for this breath.
Breathing out, thank you for this breath.

We’re so lucky to be here right now! We’re so lucky to be on the leading edge of creation. We’re so lucky to be the ones out here doing it. We are so lucky to have this experience.
