Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body. Make peace with what is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile! Because everything is perfect and in its place.

You have perfect timing. It’s all unfolding exactly the way you want.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is!
Breathe out and accept it all as it is.

You are in the right place and the right time. It’s safe to relax and just enjoy where you are. It’s safe to enjoy the unfolding. It’s safe to trust that what you want is on the way! It’s time to enjoy it!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and relax your mind.

How would you feel if you knew you were going to get what you wanted? How would you feel if you knew the relationship was coming? How would you feel if you knew the money was coming? How would you feel if you knew the health was coming? You could just relax. You could just enjoy life the way it is right now. And that’s how you know it’s coming: when you’re relaxed and enjoying right now.

Breathe in and relax and enjoy right now!
Breathe out and know it’s all coming. It really is all coming! And the more you let go, the more it flows. The more you trust the process of life, the more you can see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and smile, because you deserve to get everything that you want!

You couldn’t have the desire if it wasn’t possible to get it!

Breathe in and be kind to yourself today!
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

What can you do today to just relax and enjoy the day? What can you do to enjoy being right here, right now?

Breathe in and open up to new ideas!
Breathe out and feel at peace with what is!

Your only work today is to relax and enjoy! That’s it! If you can relax and enjoy this day the way it is, I promise you, what you want will show up! You’ve got to be so relaxed and enjoying your day so much that you forget that you ever wanted anything different. What you do to get to that point of relaxing and enjoying, is a practice. It does take devotion and consciousness. But what better thing to be devoted to that your own relaxation and enjoyment of life right now?

Breathe in and relax!
Breathe out and decide to enjoy life right now!

Whatever it takes to enjoy it—maybe it’s taking a bath, drinking some tea, reading a book, taking a walk, taking a nap, talking to someone, doing anything but your to-do list, whatever feels fun—go towards that. Go towards what you can enjoy in your life, right now! Go towards that feeling of liking where you are! Of feeling pleasure where you are! That is what makes you a match to receiving more!

Breathe in and decide to relax and enjoy your day!
Breathe out and feel so excited! What you want is on the way, bit now it doesn’t even matter. Because life already is the way you want it to be!
