Say Yes to What Is (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Welcome everything that’s happening right now.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and do it now.

Say yes to what is. Yes I’m tired. Yes I’m full of dread. Yes I am annoyed. Yes I am irritated. Yes I am frustrated. Yes I am resisting. Yes I am seeking. Yes I am repulsed. Yes I am annoyed.

Breathe in and welcome all that is.
Breathe out and ask yourself, who am I who’s annoyed?

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and genuinely look.

Who am I who is so annoyed? Nothing. Empty awareness.
There’s nothing there to be annoyed. You can just let the annoyance pass. You don’t have to take it so personally. You don’t have to resist it. You don’t have to push it away. You don’t have to feel worse because you feel annoyed. You can simply ask, “Who am I who feels so annoyed?” and see there’s no one there to be annoyed.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

There’s no answer. It’s just empty awareness. There’s nothing there. There is no center. There is no you that’s going to get hurt or killed. There’s just empty awareness with this pattern of energy.

Breathe in and see the pattern of energy.
Breathe out and see the empty awareness.

Be the empty awareness. Today, as you go about your day,
anytime you get annoyed or frustrated, repulsed, resistant, ask yourself, who am I who is resisting this? Who am I who is repulsed? Who am I who is frustrated? And then look. When you do this, the thoughts dissipate. The mind stops. And you see the annoyance or the frustration is just a passing pattern of energy. You can just let it go. You don’t have to focus on it and make it bigger.

Breathe in and enjoy your day.
Breathe out and use “Who am I?” to let all the little annoyances pass.

Every time you see something you don’t like: “Who am I who doesn’t like this?” The first result in this search is the conditioned person, the person who’s behaving based on past experiences. But when you go deeper, past the memories, there’s nothing there. It’s just empty, pure awareness. And the mind will stop and you’ll feel relief.

Breathing in, who am I who feels relief?
Breathing out, who am I who is looking for relief?

Allow yourself to relax into the inquiry of “Who am I?”, relax into the identification with pure awareness. Relax into the game of asking, “Who am I?” and seeing that first search result, the results of your past conditioning. But go a little further, look a little deeper and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

Use this question all day to face your fears, to face your frustrations and to notice there’s no central core that’s threatened. You can drop the ego, you can drop the past conditioning, you can just be curious, just be curious and you don’t have to fight everything. You don’t have to be afraid that the things you don’t like are going to stick to you if you don’t dislike them.

Breathe in and know life already is the way you want it to be.
Breathe out and be so curious about your day.

Look forward to the things you don’t like because it’s an opportunity to ask, “Who am I who doesn’t like this?” The more time you spend inquiring into your resistance, the easier it will be to let it go and you will relax into the natural bliss that is your birthright. Pure awareness is always happy, it’s always at peace and it’s always in love and that’s you and you can be there today, by simply inquiring into, who am I?

Breathe out and be the pure awareness that is now in the flow.

Relax (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Trust the process of life. Trust that it’s all working out for you today.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and smile. Smiling always helps you feel better.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and relax.

The only advice that I have to give to you, that anyone has ever had to give to me is relax.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

It always comes when you’re relaxed. Always.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

As you go about your day, keep your mantra on relax, relax. Because it always comes when you relax.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I who needs to relax?”
Breathe out and investigate.

Who am I who needs to relax? As you go within and inquire, you’ll find a vast, empty space, a vast, empty awareness. There’s no one there. You’re free of responsibility. You don’t have to do anything. It’s all just getting done. It’s all just happening and you can just be the relaxed awareness.

Breathe in and free yourself with “Who am I?” today.
Breathe out and put your faith, your trust, your belief into “Who am I?”

This holy question, this sacred inquiry will free you from the shackles of your thinking. It will help you see there’s no central core to you and you are actually one with everything, the pure awareness that everything is made of and when you ask, “Who am I?” It stops the thoughts and you see you are just this, the empty awareness.

Breathing in, “Who am I?”
Breathing out, “Who am I?”

When you do this inquiry, you have to keep at it because your mind will answer at first. “Who am I who needs to relax?” Well, a person who has things to get done. Well, “Who am I who has things to get done?”

Already my mind is slowing down and it doesn’t really have so many answers. It stuns the mind into silence and that brief glimmer of freedom from your thoughts will make you feel so much better like you just took a drug and now you feel better. You have a mood boost but you didn’t have to take a drug. You just asked, “Who am I?” And you saw the truth. Pure awareness, no problems, no responsibility. Just bliss, presence, relaxation.

Breathe in and relax today.
Breathe out and free yourself with the drug of “Who am I?”

You don’t need anything outside of you to feel better. You don’t need anything to change to feel better. The only thing you need to feel better is to get a break from the thinking. Only your thoughts make you feel bad.

Breathe out and switch your attitude right now with thank you.

Thank you. Take the time right now to appreciate all that you have and drop all the thoughts related to what you lack. Enter receiving mode right now.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Feel it in your heart. Thank you. Thank you for the slow morning.
Thank you for the love. Thank you for the things going well. Thank you for the summer. Thank you for the relief I feel in my body. Thank you for the break. Thank you for the time to myself.
Thank you for the reminder to be present.

Breathe in and remember it’s only your thoughts that make you feel bad.
Breathe out and drop the thoughts by asking, am I aware?

Am I aware? Yes, I am.

Rest in your presence today and if you can’t slow down enough to be present, if you can’t escape those thoughts, just relax with thank you.

That’s the only control you have, is letting go. As you go about your day, whenever you want to control something, change something, fix something, complain about something, choose thank you instead. Use thank you to let go of control.

Breathe out and know everything is perfect and in its place.

You don’t need to change or fix anything. You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. If you can relax and surrender your need to control today, you will see life already is the way you want it to be. Life will flow and things will work out in your favor.

Really feel the feeling in your body. Thank you. Thank you. Whatever it is you’re stressed about, it’s in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you for the stress.
Breathe out and apply this to your life right now.

What is something you’re dreading right now? What is something that you’re resisting right now?

Breathe in and say thank you for this thing.
Breathe out and know it’s going to change your life for the better.

You don’t have to lift a finger. You don’t have to change your own life. Just surrender and let it work out.

Breathe in and say thank you for the stress.
Breathe out and feel the feeling in your body and then you will have switched the flip. Flip the switch.

Breathe in and flip the switch with thank you.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

You don’t have to lift a finger. You don’t have to control. You don’t have to change. Just feel thank you in your heart and it will all work out.

You Are The Chosen One (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and smile because it will help you feel better.
Breathe out and smile. It makes your body feel safe and optimistic.

Let yourself remember you are the source. You must become it to see it. So decide right now what you want to see.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and welcome what you want.

Feel the feeling right now of getting what you want. I want to feel welcomed and loved and appreciated.
Desired, I want to feel desired and wanted and chosen. I want to feel chosen.

Breathe in and identify how you want to feel.
Breathe out and feel that way right now.

What does it feel like to be chosen? It feels special. It makes me feel like I have value and worth. And like I’m worth loving. When I’m chosen, it makes me feel like I’m getting the attention that I want. Like I’m here for a reason. Like I’m welcome and wanted and appreciated. When I’m chosen, it makes me feel loved like god actually wants me here.

Breathe in and know god does actually want you here.
Breathe out and acknowledge god wants you here.

Whatever your mind leads you to believe, the facts are the facts. You’re here. That means god wants you here.

Breathe in and feel chosen. You’re here.
Breathe out and know that you are chosen to be here or you wouldn’t be here.

It is what it is. You are chosen. You are chosen to be aware right here, right now, in this location, in this time.

Breathe in and be the chosen one.
Breathe out and know how special you are to get your unique individual perspective.

You’re the chosen one. You’re special. You get to be in this time, in this moment, in this space. You were chosen to be here. You were chosen.

Breathe in and be the chosen one.
Breathe out and feel so special, so unique, so cared for, so loved.

God wants you here.

Breathe in and feel welcome in this moment.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

Thank you for choosing me to be in this moment. Thank you for choosing me. Thank you for choosing me to be aware that I’m aware. Thank you for choosing me to be an embodiment of love. Thank you for choosing me.

Breathe in and be chosen by god.
Breathe out and let all the rest go.

You don’t have to be chosen by a person, by a place, by a pet. God chose you. You don’t need anything else.

Breathe in and know the only thing ever missing is god.
Breathe out and connect to god right now.

And you do that by asking, am I aware? Because god is awareness. Everything is awareness. And when you are aware of awareness, when you are aware that you are awareness, you’re one with god.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

Let the thoughts go. Let the judgments go. Your mind wants things to be different. But you know what happens when you get what you want? Then your mind has a problem with that. The problems in the mind never end. And getting what you want never means you’re going to be happy. You can only choose to be happy with how things are in this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and step away from your mind.
Breathe out and get a break from the thoughts.

The thoughts are the only thing making you feel bad. And when you take the time to genuinely inquire into the question, am I aware? You get a breath, a break from the thoughts, the judgments, the wishing it was another way. And you can relax into how it is. And you can see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and be the chosen one.

You were chosen to be here right now. You were chosen to be this configuration, this pattern of awareness. Enjoy it. Rest in the awareness. You are so blessed to get to enjoy.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Drop the thoughts. Focus on your awareness. Rest your attention on your awareness. And everything will flow. Everything will work out for you. You will get what you want. And it doesn’t matter because you’re already one with god.

I am now in the flow. And I am the chosen one.

Ride The Wave Today (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m wondering about the future. Yes, I feel uncertain.
Yes, I want to know what’s going to happen. Yes, I am worrying. Yes, I am wondering if I’m going to miss something.

Breathe in and welcome where you are.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and let it be easy today.
Breathe out and surrender to the flow of life.

We torture ourselves with thinking. But if you step back away from the thoughts, everything does itself. You don’t have to torture yourself deciding, pondering, worrying, stressing.

Breathe in and root down into consciousness.
Breathe out and root down into consciousness.

Think of yourself as a spine on a koosh ball or a wave on the ocean. Something that looks individual but is connected to the whole. You cannot separate the wave from the ocean. The wave is the ocean waving. You are consciousness waving. Today, root back down into consciousness. Follow your consciousness to its source.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

For me, thinking of myself as a cresting wave helps me see the bigger picture. If I think of my body, my localized point of view as the tip of a wave cresting in an ocean, I can feel the rest of the ocean surrounding me. I can feel that I am in the rest of the ocean. I can feel that I am the whole and that the crest of the wave is going to do whatever naturally comes to it. I don’t have to stress about what I’m doing. I don’t have to stress about making decisions. It’s all happening whether I think about it or not.

Breathe in and notice how you are like a cresting wave in the ocean.
Breathe out and feel how you are the rest of the ocean.

You are the ocean, the entirety, all of it. This metaphor applies to consciousness, to awareness. You are one expression of consciousness, but you are part of the whole. If you stay relaxing, resting as the whole, whatever your individual expression is doing doesn’t really matter. It’s just something to watch and enjoy, like a plant growing or water trickling down a driveway. You’re just an individual expression of consciousness, but you don’t have to try to control it. You can just enjoy it. Let go. Ride it.

Breathe in and ride the wave today.
Breathe out and let go of caring so much what the wave is doing.

It’s just something to look at briefly, to enjoy briefly. It’s going to go back and rejoin the ocean. Enjoy it while you have it.

Breathe in and let the stresses go.
Breathe out and see how you’re just the tip of the wave and everything else is the consciousness that you also are.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Use this question, this holy question, to trigger your memory into reminding yourself that you’re just the crest of the wave and you’re really the whole ocean. You’re really all of awareness. You’re really god. You don’t have to worry about the tiny details. You don’t have to worry about your decisions in the moment. They naturally come just like the wave makes its shape naturally without any deciding or choosing. You are expressing yourself in the same way and you don’t have to control it.

Breathe in and let go of all control today.
Breathe out and enjoy riding the wave that you are, writing the wave that you are.

Breathe in and just enjoy it.
Breathe out and let yourself relax into the oneness, the wholeness that you really are.

It’s not serious. It’s just for fun and now you’re in the flow.

Ask Yourself: Am I Aware? (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and smile because it helps you feel better.
Breathe out and smile because it feels good.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Trust the process of life. Trust that this is where you’re meant to be.

Breathe in and trust it’s all unfolding perfectly.
Breathe out and smile because it’s all unfolding perfectly.

You know this in your bones. You know this in your heart. It is all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that, “Yes, I am aware.”

Today, as you go about your day, remind yourself you are one with pure awareness. You are an extension of god. You’re like a wave in the ocean. You’re still part of the ocean. You’re just an individual expression of the ocean. Today, remind yourself of this. Remind yourself to connect back to the ocean. And the ocean in this case is pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice the answer, “Yes, I am aware.”

That’s how you connect to the ocean of consciousness, the ocean of awareness, the ocean of consciousness, the ocean of god that you already are.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and connect with the ocean of awareness.
Breathe out and connect with the ocean of god right now.

Identify with that thing that you really are, god or pure awareness, instead of getting caught up in your thoughts, your individual expression, the chaos of the mind.

Breathe in and root back into the ocean.
Breathe out and keep your attention in the ocean.

You can’t stop yourself from being your individual self with your mind. You’ve been conditioned. You’re going to act the way you’re going to act. You’re going to have the thoughts that come naturally to you. What you can do deliberately to make yourself feel better and enjoy life more is keep your attention on the whole instead of the part. Keep your attention rooted down into the ocean of awareness instead of in your thoughts. That’s all it takes to connect with the magick of life.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Feel wherever it is in your body or in your intuition. Wherever you feel that ocean of awareness, keep your attention there. “Am I aware?” I can feel my source. I can feel the god or the awareness, the abstract nothing that I come from when I ask, “Am I aware?” And if I keep my attention there instead of in the worries, my life just flows.

Breathe in and let your life just flow today.
Breathe out and get out of the way.

Life is already folding, unfolding in the path of least resistance. Life is already doing the right thing and you are that life. You don’t have to think about it. You have to simply identify as pure awareness. Keep your attention on the whole and then you’ll always know you’ve got god acting through you.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am now in the flow of life.”

Breathe in and relax into the knowing.
Breathe out and be the knowing of life.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Remember you are the source of your experience. You must become it to see it. So when you say thank you, you’re becoming what you want to see.
You’re becoming the receiving state.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

You really don’t need any other thoughts in your mind other than thank you.

Breathe in and let the other thoughts go.
Breathe out and relax until the moment.

You don’t need any other thoughts. The thoughts that are there to help you will come on their own. There’s nothing you’re going to figure out or solve with thinking.
Thinking does not solve things. It just makes problems worse.

Breathe in and become a match to solutions.
Breathe out and let the problems go.

Nature always works it out. The big picture is always solved. You are the big picture.

Breathe in and let it be easy today.
Breathe out and say thank you for all of the gifts you’re receiving today.

Thank you for this breath. Thank you for the help. Thank you for the friends.

Breathe in and feel the thank you in your heart.
Breathe out and let thank you take care of you today.

Even if you’re criticizing yourself, beating yourself up, judging your actions, say thank you for them. Thank you for the bad habits. Thank you for the impulsive decisions. Thank you. Thank you for the fatigue. Thank you for the problems in my body. Thank you for the communication problems. Thank you.

Breathe in and let it all be in your favor.
Breathe out and smile because it already is all in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Any time you have a problem, if you’re sitting around thinking about it like, “Man, what am I going to do about that? How am I going to figure that out? What am I going to do?”, switch your vibration immediately with thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and shift your reality immediately with thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Over time, you build the confidence in yourself that everything really is in your favor. Everything that you think is happening against you is actually happening for you. And as you start to notice, each time you shift from worry to gratitude, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. The problems do solve themselves. All of those things you used to worry about—they’re all solved. And you can get to that relaxed, receptive state right away before you make yourself sick with the worry.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Let it be in your favor. Whatever minuscule problems you have at this second that you’re thinking about, thank you. Thank you for the missed appointment. Thank you for the uncertainty about how my night’s going to go. Thank you for the continued choices that are not in my best interest. Thank you. Thank you for the fatigue. Thank you for the not replying to emails. Thank you for the carpet estimate not coming yet. Thank you. Thank you. What a relief. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and be so relieved with thank you.
Breathe out and let thank you be your relief today.

You can trust it’s in your favor. You are part of nature and it’s all unfolding perfectly. Before you get wrapped up in the worries about your problems, about the uncertainty, face everything with thank you. And then things will work themselves out and you’ll already feel good. You’ll feel relieved because you already feel that gratitude. Show life that you trust it. Show god that you trust it. Be so free today. Be the person who walks on clouds because you have no worries. Because you know god and life have your back.

Ultimately, none of it really matters. So instead of getting stressed out by your to-do list, allow yourself to focus on love and gratitude for what is, instead of rushing to try to change.

Breathe in and be in love with what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you. Thank you for the time to do this. Thank you for the safe travel. Thank you for the miracles. Thank you for the friends. Thank you for the love and connection.

Breathe in and feel the love in your heart.
Breathe out and let go of all of the worries, the to-dos, the stresses.

None of it matters. Clear a space in your heart for thank you and let thank you make your miracles for you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Whatever is happening, it is in your favor.
It’s a gift. Trust that where you are is exactly where you need to be. That you are no different from a plant blooming at a certain time. Everything comes at the right time. You do what you need to do at the exact right time.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust that you’ll do the right thing at the right time.

If you ever don’t know what to do, if you don’t know what your next step is, relax into thank you. You’ll feel better and the better-feeling impulse will come to you. The whole trick is to feel better and then you get better-feeling thoughts that lead you to where you want to be.

Breathe in and feel better already.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. I feel better already. Trust in the power of your own heart, the power of your magnet, the power you have to create the reality you prefer.

Breathe in and set the tone for your day.
Breathe out and remember you’re the source.

You are what is making things happen. You are coloring your experience with your emotions and your thoughts, your perspective.

Today allow yourself to choose the perspective you prefer and let the miracles flow to you.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and slow down. There’s no rush.
Breathe out and let the thoughts settle.

Let the activity slow down. Let yourself relax. There is no rush.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and relax.

It always comes when you relax. There’s nothing you have to keep up with. That’s an illusion. If you find yourself racing to keep up with life, if you find yourself in a rush, just remember you’re the source. If you slow down, life will slow down, but you have to make the choice first.

Breathe in and make the choice to slow down.
Breathe out and relax. You can’t rush fruit ripening.

You’re the fruit. You cannot rush.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and stop looking to the waves to inform how you feel.

You are the source of the waves. You are the thing generating the circumstances of your experience. When you’re rushed, life feels rushed. When you’re relaxed, life is relaxed. You set the pace.

Breathe in and set the pace for your day.
Breathe out and believe in the miracles.

Anything could happen. Your mind will come up with excuses like, “I have to rush and finish this because there’s a deadline and people are waiting on me.” But if instead you take care of yourself, you slow down, you get the rest you need, miracles can happen. The deadline gets pushed or canceled altogether. Someone else does your work for you. Miracles will happen if you are brave enough to put yourself first.

Breathe in and put yourself first because you are first.
Breathe out and act like the source that you are.

You get back what you put out no matter what. Your energy is what your world will be like. If you are in a hurry, life will feel stressful. If you are relaxed, life will feel blissful.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and let yourself relax today.

There is nothing you have to keep up with. There is nothing you have to do, nowhere you have to go. Set the tone for your own day by relaxing first and then enjoying.

Choose Presence Over Thinking (transcript)
Breathe in and to raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and relax into your own presence.

Your presence is your superpower.

Breathe in and step into your superpower.
Breathe out and stop beating around the bush today.

There’s nothing you have to change about yourself. There’s nowhere you have to go. There’s nothing you have to think about to get what you want. All you have to do is practice your presence. You can call it the presence of god, but it’s you. You are the presence of god.

Breathe in and be the presence of god today.
Breathe out and be loved today.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware, I have no problems because my mind is not agitated. So I feel peace. I’m not focused on lack, so I feel happy. And I’m not separate from anyone or anything I love. So I feel in love.

Breathe in and feel in love today.
Breathe out and be in love today.

Be loved today. You don’t need it from anyone else. You don’t need love from anyone else to be in love, to feel that high, high, high feeling of being so in love. You don’t need a person.

Breathe in and be so in love with your own presence today.
Breathe out and do that by asking, “Am I aware?”

And then just be on the lookout for that love. This tree bears immediate fruit. It’s only your thoughts that make you feel bad. It’s only your thoughts that separate you from the feeling of love.

Breathe in and stop separating yourself.
Breathe out and surrender to whatever is.

The only thing you have control over is whether you’re practicing the presence of god or not. It’s the same thing as letting go, feeling grateful, being aware, asking, “Who am I?” Doing self-inquiry. However you want to look at it, choose presence over thinking today. And that is how you will have the best day of your life.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am choosing my own presence over thinking today.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

You have to trust that this is a holy question. You have to trust that this will work for you. Otherwise your thoughts will keep creeping in and you’ll believe them over the knowing that comes with presence. But give it a chance. Give yourself a chance to experience this knowing just for a moment.

Breathe in and genuinely ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

“Am I aware?” got you into so many miracles. And if you’re having problems, it can keep the miracles coming. Asking, “Am I aware?” can solve any problem that you have today. You have to trust this holy question and drop the thoughts.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

Trust this holy question. Trust this holy question. Trust this holy question. It will save you. It will solve your problems. It will save your life today.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”
