Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.
Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Right now, get some perspective. Let those thoughts go.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.
Yes, I’m filled with uncertainty. Yes, I’m dreading doing the things that I know I have to do. Yes, I am trapped in my thoughts. Yes, I am resisting.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.
I chose this uncertainty. Uncertainty is god. I chose the cold weather. I did choose this cold weather. I chose to live here. I like it in many ways. I’m accepting the things that I think I have to do. I like doing them. I’m accepting what is because I did choose it.
Breathe in and know it’s all happening in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.
It’s all happening in your favor. Thank you for the uncertainty. Thank you for the things to do. I would be so bored if I didn’t have the things to do. I would feel like I have no purpose and I hate feeling like I have no purpose. Thank you.
Breathe in and have a purpose today.
Breathe out and say thank you for the purpose today.
Thank you.
Breathe in and feel that gratitude.
Breathe out and feel the gratitude shifting your whole experience.
When you remember, when you realize everything is happening in your favor, it’s so much easier to go through your day.
Breathe in and remember your superpower of thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you to all the uncertainty, all the dread, all the resistance, all the things you don’t want to do.

Almost everything in your life is going well. Almost everything in your life is working out. If not for the thoughts, everything would be perfect.

They’re creating your reality. Your thoughts are what’s making this experience possible. The contrast is creating your physical reality. If you didn’t have the thoughts, the resistance, the desire for change, you wouldn’t get to live in this physical reality. You would just be boring old god, blissful all the time. And that’s boring.
Breathe in and welcome the excitement of this day.
Breathe out and enjoy this.
It’s not serious. You’re just passing the time of eternity. This is just a dream, just an adventure. Say thank you and welcome it. And then you can enjoy it.

Put your attention behind your eyes instead of in front of your eyes. Practice this today to pass the time to get your mind off your thoughts. To see everything is made up of awareness. Focus on the awareness instead of what you are aware of. And the thoughts will drop. You will feel so much better. And you will notice life already is the way you want it to be.
