Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and remember, time is not linear.
Breathe out and restore the years the locusts have eaten today.
You can change the trajectory of your entire life starting right now. You can change everything just by changing your perspective.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.
Yes, I have regrets. Yes, I wonder if I said the wrong thing. Yes, I keep thinking about the past. Yes, I am worried about what other people think about me. Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I just want to go to bed for three days. Yes, I’m overwhelmed. Yes, I can’t believe I’m caring what people think about me.
Breathe in and welcome where you are.
Breathe out and just be where you are.
Whatever you regret about the past, you can let it go right now. Time is not linear because it’s all happening right now. Only your thoughts create the past and the future. It’s all right now. And if you change the way you look at things right now, the things you look at will change even if they’re in the past.
Breathe in and choose your perspective.
Breathe out and empower yourself.
Remember your magick. Now is the time you have your power. Now is the time you can affect your past and future and present.
Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.
Really feel it in your heart. You don’t have to solve any problems. You don’t have to forgive yourself. You don’t have to do anything to deal with your past actions other than feel good now. Feel good about yourself right now. And you can do that by saying thank you. That’s how you take the upper hand back.
Breathe in and say thank you. I know it’s in my favor.
Breathe out and say thank you and really convince yourself.
Feel that feeling. Thank you. I know it was in my favor. Thank you. Whatever it is I said, it was in my favor. Thank you. Whatever it is I’m worried about, it’s in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.
Breathe in and feel your innocence.
Breathe out and be innocent.
Let go of the thoughts about the past. Let go of the thoughts about the future. Just say thank you for where you are. Say thank you for the wealth you have in this moment. Say thank you in advance of receiving exactly what you want.
Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and identify what you want right now.
I just want to feel loved, attended to, appreciated. I want to feel enthusiastic. I want to enjoy being me today. I want to just enjoy being and not worry about if other people love me or attend to me. I just want to attend to myself, cut out the middleman and just enjoy being myself.
Breathe in and enjoy being today.
Breathe out and do that by asking, “Am I aware?”
Turn your attention around to look at itself. Let go of the thoughts. Enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Simply asking, “Am I aware?” And resting in that answer will bring you so much relief, so much joy, so much good luck, and so much love. It’s already inside of you. Just turn around and look at it.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”
I am aware that I am the presence of god and I am now in the flow.
