Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you,” and feel it in your heart.
You’re the source of your experience. Right now, decide to be what you want to receive.
Breathe in and say, “Thank you,” and feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and be what you want to receive.
Thank you, thank you. Be grateful right now, and the things you want will come. Thank you.
Breathe in and keep lightening up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and keep feeling that gratitude in your heart.
Life is not serious. You’re going to get through it, whatever it is. It will pass. But what do you do in the moments when you’re not quite at a manifestation, you’re not quite depressed, you just don’t really know what to do with yourself and you’re starting to reach for the drugs or the food or whatever it is, what do you do then?
Well you breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”
Today, light the candle of your awareness.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”
When you are aware that you are aware, you have no problems. When you ask the question, “Am I aware?” and you genuinely look, you do a no-thought thing of turning your attention from the outside world back onto the source from where your attention came: awareness.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”
Sometimes you can get an epiphany and you can understand, “Yeah, it’s all awareness, it’s all God, I’m awareness, I can identify as pure awareness, sure.” But the thoughts come back.
And for most of us, it’s a process to get to the point where we can go through life not affected by the ups and downs. The more you practice staying as you are, being awareness, being aware that you are aware, the easier it is to go through life without being rocked by the ups and downs. But how do you stay there?
How do you stay as awareness? How do you exist without the thoughts bothering you is basically the question.
Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and feel your awareness.
When you ask, “Am I aware?” the point is just to quiet the thoughts, to see that you are the awareness of the thoughts, to remember the thoughts are not true, they are not facts, they are just passing objects. You can choose to blow them up and make them a big deal or you can let them go and forget them and they never become a thing. But how do you stay in a place where the thoughts don’t affect you? How do you stay in a place where you can feel good without every little thing putting you in a bad mood?
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”
When you are aware, you have no problems because you are not agitated, worrying. Your mind isn’t fixated on what’s missing, so you’re happy and your mind isn’t noticing the separation between you and other people, so you are love itself because love is the absence of separation.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and trust this question.
Trust that when you rest as awareness, the miracles come. The manifestations flock to you like moths to a flame and when you ask, “Am I aware?” the question, “Am I aware?” is like a lighter and it’s making a spark to create a flame to light the flame of your awareness and your body is like a candle. Your body is the candle, your awareness is the flame and when you ask, “Am I aware?” Your flame of awareness is lit, your candle is burning and you are holy, you are god, you are one with all that is. That’s the goal, to stay as the burning candle.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and be the burning candle of awareness.
Can you just sit there burning, burning the flame of your awareness instead of worrying, instead of wishing, instead of wanting something to change, instead of thinking you’d be happier if only you had this?
Breathe in and light the candle of awareness.
Breathe out and just sit there and burn the flame of your awareness.
Be a candle that is lit with awareness. That’s all you need to manifest everything you want. That’s all you need to feel good and not be affected by reality. That’s all you need to get through life, not affected by the ups and downs, just witness to the beauty and perfection that is right now.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and burn as the candle of awareness right now.
Yes, I am aware. I am burning with the light from within and I am now in the flow.
