Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the magick life. Thank you for the way things already are. Thank you.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and become it right now.

Thank you. Thank you. Become that feeling of gratitude to see things to be grateful for.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

As you go about your day, whenever you notice things happening against you, things that you think are not in your favor, remind yourself you are the source, you are the creator of your experience. You get to choose, you get to set the tone.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and set the tone with thank you.

Thank you. You are the source, you are the projector. Today, step into your power. Project what you want to receive. Let it be easy and let yourself feel good and have fun with it.

Breathe in and step into your magic today.
Breathe out and remember you’re magickal.

This physical reality we’re living in is a miracle. This pure awareness allows anything to arise. Anything could happen. We’re just here for fun. Today, let life be fun. Let yourself be surprised by the miracles. Surrender all of your thinking and planning and manipulating and just let the magick flow with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

It’s all happening in your favor. It’s all unfolding perfectly and the sooner you switch to gratitude, the sooner you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

You are the source. Remember this today. You set the tone. It can be hard to get it started, to make that first step, but you get to choose right now to have the best day of your life by choosing the vibration you want to project and therefore receive.

Breathing in, thank you. Thank you.

Now as you go about your day and you’re thinking thank you and projecting gratitude and feeling great, things still might happen that throw you off balance that make you think, oh I should worry about that. Oh that’s a big change. That could be a problem.

But as soon as you notice a problem or the start of a problem, that’s when you remind yourself, am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Because only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts contain the problems.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

You can be having the best day ever, so grateful, manifesting miracles but as soon as you notice a problem it can throw you off and sometimes saying thank you when you notice a problem is not quite the magick you would want it to be. But if you simply identify as pure awareness, the instant you notice a problem, the problem will dissipate before it ever becomes a thing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you notice yourself starting to feel not so good because you’re in your thoughts, just repeat over and over, am I aware? Am I aware? Until you wake up and remember, yes I am aware. This moment is the miracle. This right now is what’s real. All of the thoughts are false. All of the thoughts are separating. All of the thoughts are illusions.

Breathe in and wake up to the one reality.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

When you are aware, you have no problems because your mind isn’t agitated. You aren’t separate from everything so you’re in love and you’re not noticing lack so you’re happy.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness today.
Breathe out and know you are the source, you are the creator and you have the power today.

Am I aware? and thank you are the only thoughts you need to manifest whatever you want and solve any problem before it starts.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
