Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.
Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and let the flow of well-being through you right now.
Let yourself flip the switch to gratitude right now.
Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of those unexpected circumstances. Thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.
Breathe in and remember to trust the process of life.
Breathe out and relax.
Relax.
It’s all happening in your favor. As you go about your day, whenever you notice yourself wanting to control, wanting to self-medicate or self-soothe—anytime you notice yourself craving for something to change, ask yourself, who am I who is craving?
Breathe in and look within, who am I who is craving?
Breathe out and look for the answer, who am I who is craving?
Who is craving love or money or health or drugs or food or comfort or friendship? Who am I who is craving something to change so I can feel better?
Breathe in and look within, who am I who is craving?
Breathe out and feel your attention move from being identified with your thoughts back into the center, back into the source, identified as the awareness that watches the thoughts arise.
Breathing in, who am I who is craving change?
Breathing out, who am I who is craving things to change?
Who am I who needs something to change to feel good? Who am I who needs change to feel good?
Breathe in and see it’s just an image of a separate self.
Breathe out and see how that image of the separate self doesn’t trust life.
But an image can’t trust or not trust, it’s just an image. It’s a reference point. It’s a past version of you based on your conditioning. When you really investigate who you really are, you can see you’re pure awareness and you don’t need anything to change to feel good or whole or complete or rich or in love.
Breathe in and see the riches of right now.
Breathe out and see the magick of right now.
This moment is the riches. This moment is the health, the abundance, the love. It’s right here. This moment is what you’re craving.
Breathe in and keep looking, who am I who craves?
Breathe out and see that image of the separate self, feeling so separate, so vulnerable, so lost and alone and threatened, needing something, love or money or health or drugs, something to feel better, to feel like it can keep up with the world.
Breathe in and know the world is just a thought.
Breathe out and see this massive illusion of thoughts trying to keep up with thoughts.
None of it makes sense. None of it is real. All that is real is this moment. All that is real is pure awareness and you are that pure awareness.
Breathe in and connect with pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax.
It’s getting easier. It’s getting easier to slow down and see this moment is the main event. This moment is the wealth. This moment is the joy and the love. All you have to do is ask, am I aware? And do it for real. Do it genuinely. Practice it. Go within. Quiet your mind. Take the time for stillness. You can’t—It’s challenging if you’re mixed with experience, if you’re caught up in your problems to simply identify as pure awareness. So take the time for yourself today to go slow, to be alone, to look for the magick that’s right in front of you.
Breathe in and step into your power today.
Breathe out and live the magick of simply identifying as pure awareness.
It’s simpler than your mind will ever understand, but when you know it in your body, when you experience it for real, you don’t need your mind to understand anything. You already know.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
And I am so relieved. I am now aware. And I am now in the flow.
