It’s Happening In Your Favor (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Feeling that gratitude in your heart makes you a match to receive more of what you want.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor, thank you.

As you go about your day, any little thing that bothers you, that you think is happening against you, not in your favor, just remind yourself it is a gift. It is happening in your favor and you can trust the process of life.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it deep in your heart, thank you, thank you.

Feel your enthusiasm returning. Feel how when you say thank you and you really mean it, life gets more exciting. You feel more optimistic. Things start going your way.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Now ask yourself, what do I want?

Breathe in and really look, what do I want?
Breathe out and notice what you’re seeking for.

What do you think is missing from your life? Money, health, love, drugs? What is it that you’re seeking for today?

Breathe in and notice where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and acknowledge where you feel incomplete, where you feel less than whole, and then remind yourself the only thing missing is god.

That doesn’t mean any kind of religious god. It doesn’t mean that you have to do anything specific to get it back. But remember, when you are seeking for something outside of yourself to fill you up or make you happy, the only thing missing is your awareness of god. And for me, that’s awareness. God is awareness. It’s the common denominator, the thing that makes up all of us and everything. And when you are seeking for something to change to make you feel better, all that’s really missing is your awareness of awareness.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

You have to trust this holy question. You have to trust that god really is the only thing missing from your life. And if you rest in your awareness, the things you want will come to you. You’ll feel whole, you’ll feel good, you’ll feel complete, and the manifestations will flock to you like moths to a flame, but you won’t need them because you’re already perfect, complete, whole, one with god/awareness.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

I am aware that I am aware. When I’m aware, I’m at peace because my mind isn’t agitated. When I’m aware, I’m happy because I’m not noticing lack. And when I’m aware, I am love itself because I notice no separation.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Whenever I find myself in a mess with too much to do and I’m seeking and I need something to change, I remind myself, awareness got me into this mess, awareness can get me out. I’ve manifested so many amazing things in my life with this “Am I aware?” technique, but then I get caught up in the manifestation and I want more or it makes problems. And so I always remember, am I aware got me into this mess, am I aware will get me out.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am aware.

Even if it doesn’t have immediate results, it will happen within minutes. I promise, just rest as you are, pure awareness, and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.
