They’re Doing Everything Right (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body into this moment.

Breathe in and know you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and relax your body into this perfect moment.

Everything is perfect and in its place. You’re doing everything right and so is everyone around you.

Breathe in and stop struggling against what is.
Breathe out and notice: everything everyone else is doing, is also the right thing.

Breathe in and accept what is.
Breathe out and accept it as if you had chosen it.

Whatever problem you have with what other people are doing, remind yourself they’re doing everything right. This can be your mantra or your pivot thought. Whenever you criticize someone else,
whenever you think that they’re fucking up their life and you wish they would have asked you first.

Breathe in and notice they’re doing everything right.
Breathe out and trust they’re doing everything right.

This is all nature. All of this reality is in the flow. There is nothing going wrong. It’s all for fun. It’s all for play. It’s all simply experience
experiencing experience.

Breathe in and stop being so judgmental.
Breathe out and let your judgments go with, “they’re doing everything right.”

You can see the catch how when you tell your mind they’re doing everything right, your mind says “but they’re still not having a decent life. They’re still suffering.” But you don’t know what’s best for them. You don’t know the best path. Only god knows the best path. And whatever is, is god. It’s the best path.

Breathe in and stop trying to control other people.
Breathe out and stop trying to control yourself.

Stop trying to control. You’re doing everything right. They are doing everything right. God is doing everything right. This is everything right.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and let your criticisms go.

Let your fighting go. You can’t control what other people are doing. You can’t control it. You can only control your perspective. That’s it. That’s the only control you have.

Breathe in and control the only thing you can.
Breathe out and do that by remembering you are the source.

Today, see your experience from the perspective of being the source of your experience.

Breathe in and notice how you affect your experience.
Breathe out and witness how your perspective changes your experience.

When you feel like you have no control, like life is happening against you, like evil is acting upon you, remind yourself: your control is your perspective. You can choose to see what’s happening as a good thing without knowing why, without knowing how.

Breathe in and choose to see it happening in your favor.
Breathe out and notice how even the things other people are doing are happening in your favor.

It’s safe to say thank you to what is. You’re the source of your experience. You can change everything in an instant right now.

Breathe in and know you’re the center of time.
Breathe out and change the past and the future by embracing your power, embracing your choice of perspective. You’re the source. Enjoy it.

Breathe in and notice they’re doing everything right.
Breathe out and notice you’re doing everything right.

In this moment, you have the power to restore the years the locusts have eaten. You have the power to make all things new.

Breathe in and say thank you for this power.
Breathe out and say thank you for the perspective.

Thank you for the things other people are doing that make me judge them and make me wish I could control them. Thank you. Thank you for teaching me. It’s a reflection of me. Thank you for teaching me the more I try to control the more there is to control.

Breathe in and be the source of your experience.
Breathe out and feel so empowered.

You can control your perspective. You can control how you look at things.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes I am.

Other than thank you, asking “am I aware?” is the best way to control your perspective. It instantly shifts your attention from the troublesome thoughts to the pure awareness that is the peace and love and joy that you already are.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes I am aware.

I am aware that I am one with the peace and love and joy that makes up all of reality and I am now in the flow. Thank you. Thank you.
