Enjoy Right Now (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Just say thank you. Thank you for this present moment. Today’s motto is enjoy right now.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and relax. Enjoy right now.

That’s your only work, your only job.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and accept the challenge to enjoy right now.

No matter where you are or what you’re doing or what’s happening, you can still enjoy right now.

Breathe in and look for ways to enjoy right now.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy right now.

There are so many tricks, mental gymnastics, techniques that you can use to enjoy right now. But all it comes down to, is presence. When you’re present, you feel good. You’re happy. You’re not lacking. You’re love.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and enjoy right now.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. You can trust the process of life. You can trust it’s all working out for you. Your only job is to enjoy right now.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

This moment is perfect. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and enjoy right now.

Try it right now. Can you enjoy right now? Can you keep this motto on repeat in your mind today? Enjoy right now. That’s the only point of life. That’s the only work. That’s why we’re here just to enjoy it.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and be in joy right now.

The easiest way to access joy is to get a break from your thoughts. You can do that with things like focusing on your breath, silent counting, asking, am I aware, who am I? Anything that stops the thoughts for a moment to give you a breath of relief will help you enjoy right now. But you don’t need any technique to enjoy right now.

Breathe in and just do it. You’re already doing it.
Breathe out and look at the big picture.

We are here in these physical bodies for a limited time. You only have so many days left. Don’t let yourself regret anything. When you’re 80, 90, 100 years old, what are you going to regret? What are you going to wish you had done differently? I just want to enjoy my time while I’m here.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and enjoy your time here.

It’s always right now. You always have the ability to enjoy right now. Everything is perfect and in its place and life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and say thank you.
