Breathe in and to raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and to raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and slow down. There’s no rush.
Breathe out and let the thoughts settle.

Let the activity slow down. Let yourself relax. There is no rush.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and relax.

It always comes when you relax. There’s nothing you have to keep up with. That’s an illusion. If you find yourself racing to keep up with life, if you find yourself in a rush, just remember you’re the source. If you slow down, life will slow down, but you have to make the choice first.

Breathe in and make the choice to slow down.
Breathe out and relax. You can’t rush fruit ripening.

You’re the fruit. You cannot rush.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and stop looking to the waves to inform how you feel.

You are the source of the waves. You are the thing generating the circumstances of your experience. When you’re rushed, life feels rushed. When you’re relaxed, life is relaxed. You set the pace.

Breathe in and set the pace for your day.
Breathe out and believe in the miracles.

Anything could happen. Your mind will come up with excuses like, “I have to rush and finish this because there’s a deadline and people are waiting on me.” But if instead you take care of yourself, you slow down, you get the rest you need, miracles can happen. The deadline gets pushed or canceled altogether. Someone else does your work for you. Miracles will happen if you are brave enough to put yourself first.

Breathe in and put yourself first because you are first.
Breathe out and act like the source that you are.

You get back what you put out no matter what. Your energy is what your world will be like. If you are in a hurry, life will feel stressful. If you are relaxed, life will feel blissful.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and let yourself relax today.

There is nothing you have to keep up with. There is nothing you have to do, nowhere you have to go. Set the tone for your own day by relaxing first and then enjoying.
