Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.
You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Trust the process of life.
Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and relax your shoulders.
Relax your body. Let yourself just exist right here, right now.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.
What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?
Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and wrangle those thoughts.
Whatever it is you’re thinking about, it’s safe to let it go for right now. Just let it go.
Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and ask, who am I?
You are god in human form. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts are creating the problems. Right here, right now, you have no problems. Just awareness.
Breathe in and settle into the awareness.
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware?
Even when things are going well, even when you have good things to think about, take some time to let the thoughts go and ask, am I aware?
Breathe in and make some space.
Breathe out and expand your consciousness.
Even when you have things you like to think about, projects, work that’s going well, good news, even when you’re thinking is going well, remind yourself to ask, am I aware?
Breathe in and relax into, am I aware?
Breathe out and center yourself in this moment.
Even thinking about good things can create problems. If it’s making you feel good, it’s going to make you feel bad. Take the time to get some distance from your thoughts. Take the time to relax, to notice the spaciousness of awareness. If you’re getting too obsessed with what you’re thinking about, it’s time to relax into awareness and take the relaxed approach.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and calm down.
Even when the mind is spinning on high alert, thinking, thinking, thinking about good things that feel good, be careful—it’s a trap.
Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking about.
Breathe out and remember all thinking is a trap.
Even when your obsession feels good, remember it’s the awareness that brought you to this moment. It’s the awareness that will keep things going smoothly. If you’re getting too caught up in your thoughts, keep things going smoothly by asking, “Am I aware?”
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”
Take the time to ground yourself, to center yourself in awareness. If you want the good things to keep flowing, take the time to relax and make space with awareness. Let the things continue smoothly. Keep them going smoothly by remembering who you are and not getting trapped in your thoughts.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I trust that the impulse will come when it’s time. I don’t have to get trapped in my obsessive thoughts and I am now in the flow.”
