Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences, surrender your control.

It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and smile because it’ll help you feel better.
Breathe out and take your power back right now.

You’re the creator. You’re the source of your experience. Start acting like it.

Breathe in and remember you’re the magician.
Breathe out and step into your magick again.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and have fun today.

Be magickal today. It’s all happening in your favor. You can trust the process of life. You can trust in your own power.

Breathe in and get rid of the separate self once and for all.
Breathe out and relax into the oneness that this is.

As you go about your day, notice how often you feel like a separate self, like you are separate from god, separate from other people, separate from things, and therefore vulnerable to harm.

Breathe in and notice where you feel separate.
Breathe out and notice where you feel vulnerable to harm.

Every time you notice yourself feeling vulnerable to harm, that is your clue, your indicator, that you are being a separate self, that you are under the illusion that you are separate from god.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and see through the illusion of the separate self.

If you feel vulnerable to harm, you are acting as a separate self.

Breathe in and notice how the separate self is an illusion.
Breathe out and notice right now: where in your life do you feel vulnerable to harm?

Who do you feel vulnerable in front of? What are you afraid to lose?

Breathe in and notice all the places you feel vulnerable.
Breathe out and let your vulnerabilities be your strength because the second you see where you are vulnerable, you can see that’s where you can take your power back.

That’s an opening for you to be stronger. That’s the opening for you to know god because the only thing ever missing is god.

Breathe in and see through the illusion of the separate self.
Breathe out and notice the vulnerabilities.

Every time you feel threatened or attacked, that’s where you are being separate. That’s where you feel like you are separate from god, from love, from all that is. But it’s an illusion, because this is all one awareness. You are the same awareness. It’s all the same fabric, the same material. You’re just a localization of awareness. It’s like—imagine those things, it’s like a child’s toy and it’s filled with all those pins and you can put your hand on it and it makes the shape of your hand—I don’t know what it’s called but you press your hand through all the pins and then you can see the outline of your hand and the pins. It’s like a little box.

You are god pushing through the little pins and sometimes you identify as the little pins. You think you’re the little box that’s the little pins but you’re the god pushing through showing the shape in the little pins. That’s all everything is. All of this reality is the little pins and you’re pushing through it as god making the shapes but never forget you’re the god making the shapes. You’re not the shape that is made.

Breathe in and stop seeing yourself as separate.
Breathe out and notice where you’re god pushing through the little pins.

You’re not the little pins.

Breathe in and feel free. You’re not the little pins.
Breathe out and remember you’re the one, the wholeness, the god, the love that is everything, the awareness.

You’re the awareness of the little pins, not the little pins. The little pins are just for fun. You just do it for the novelty, for the enjoyment, for the pleasure, for the thrill. That’s what physical reality life is about, the thrill.

Breathe in and live for the thrill today.
Breathe out and see through the illusion of the separate self.

When you feel vulnerable, remind yourself: I’m just being the separate self right now and that’s an illusion.

Breathe in and ask, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”
Breathe out and notice: there’s nothing wrong with right now because it’s all god. It’s all one. It’s all you and now you can see through it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And I am now free of the illusion of the separate self.
