Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Who am I who wants something so bad?
Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and look within.
Who am I who wants this thing so bad?
Breathe in and listen for the answer.
Breathe out and acknowledge the answer.
I want attention. I want praise. I want attention. I want love. I want love. Who am I who wants love so bad?
Breathe in and ask, “Who am I who wants love so bad?”
Breathe out and look. Who am I who wants love so bad?
Breathe in and don’t be afraid of yourself.
Breathe out and don’t be afraid of your thoughts.
Don’t be afraid of going deeper. Who am I who wants to be loved so bad? Who am I who wants love so bad?
Breathe in and see the lonely child part of yourself.
Breathe out and make peace with the lonely child part of yourself.
When I ask, “Who am I who wants love so bad?” I’m just transported back to being a helpless child, just waiting and waiting and waiting for attention and for love. Just waiting so patiently. Waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting. I can wait forever, but it hurts.
Breathe in and keep looking, who am I who wants love so bad?
Breathe out and notice. Who am I who wants love so bad?
Just an innocent baby. Just pick me up. Just hold me. That’s all I want.
Breathe in and acknowledge wanting comfort.
Breathe out and acknowledge wanting love.
Breathe in and recognize your patterns.
Breathe out and look at the patterns.
Right now I’m letting my past conditioning overwhelm the present. I’m letting some past conditioning color the present, thinking that I can get love from something around me right now, but really it’s just an old thought that isn’t healed, that’s been pushed down for decades.
Breathe in and acknowledge your conditioning.
Breathe out and smile because even your conditioning is not serious.
Breathe in and ask, “What is the source of the love I want?”
Breathe out and look, “What is the source of the love that I want so bad?”
I’m crediting it with being a person, someone separate from me, someone who has power over me and could give it to me, but they won’t because they hate me.
Breathe in and uncover your limiting beliefs.
Breathe out and look for the real source of love.
What is the source of love you want? What is it really?
Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and notice.
You already know the truth. The love you want is inside of you. It always has been, because you’re the source. And if you want to feel that warm love given back to you, you have to become it first. You’re not going to attract it with emptiness. You’re not going to attract it begging for it, waiting for it, feeling like it’s missing. The only thing missing is god.
Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and take your power back.
You don’t have to wait for someone to give you love. You can give it to yourself right now by remembering the only thing missing is god. And what is god? It’s awareness. And how do you get that god or that awareness? It’s presence. You become present. That is awareness. You merge with god and then you get your love. You are the love that you’re seeking.
Breathe in and remember the formula is so simple.
Breathe out and just ask, “Am I aware?”
But do it genuinely. Sometimes you have to be in so much pain that you’re willing to try anything. And that’s when “Am I aware?” really works.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
I am aware that I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. I’m not focused on lack, so I’m happy and I’m not separate from those I love. So I am love.
Breathe in and close the gap between you and god.
Breathe out and become whole right now.
You don’t need love from another person to be whole. You remember you are the source and you reveal it in yourself. And then the love comes to you like a moth to a flame and you don’t even need it anymore.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”
This is the only thing that will work when I lose all of the things that I love. I’m making peace with never receiving any physical world manifestations that I think I need to make me happy. I am remembering the only thing missing is god and I don’t need anything else.
Breathe in and become whole.
Breathe out and smile because you know this is the answer even if it takes a few minutes to integrate it.
You are aware and you are now in the flow.
