Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and step into your power today.
Breathe out and relax.
You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.
Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.
Yes, I’ve had this realization that I’m in a rush to tell you about. Yes, I’m anxious about what someone else is doing. Yes, my attention is a little scattered. Yes, I am worried about some motherfuckers. Yes, I’m a little stuck in my head over thinking and worrying.
Breathe in and acknowledge what is.
Breathe out and let go of your resistance to what is.
Ask yourself, who is resisting? Who is worried? Who is overthinking?
Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and become aware of your thoughts.
Whenever you have a thought like, I feel depressed—ask yourself, who feels depressed?
Breathe in and look: who feels depressed?
Breathe out and relax.
There’s no one there to feel depressed. The thought “I feel depressed” is a trick. When you notice a thought saying, I feel something, I am something—“I” is just a thought, just like the rest of the words in that sentence.
Breathe in and notice: who feels depressed?
Breathe out and really look: who feels depressed?
When you notice a thought like, I feel depressed, I feel anxious, I’m obsessed—whatever negative thought crosses your awareness—ask yourself, who feels this? Who is noticing this? Who’s obsessed? It makes your attention turn around. It was going outward, looking into the world, aware of the world, your thoughts, your emotions, what’s happening. And when you ask who feels depressed, your attention reverses. It turns around and it looks at its source.
Breathe in and ask, who feels depressed?
Breathe out and feel your attention turn around.
“I feel depressed” is just a thought. But with memory and habit, we think that there’s a person in there who is depressed because of the past, because of things happening, for reasons you don’t know why you’re depressed. But when you look and notice your attention turn around, the thought is dropped. It passes. It’s just a passing thought. It’s not the truth. It’s not real. And there’s no person there to be depressed. You are just a bundle of awareness, a concentration of awareness, a whirlpool of awareness that notices things coming and going, but it’s not you.
Breathe in and notice, who am I?
Breathe out and feel that attention turn around.
Whenever you’re suffering, ask, who is suffering? Feel your attention turn around. The thought is dropped, you’re back in the present moment and you have no more problems.
Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and really see you’re just a whirlpool of awareness, noticing things come and go.
The thoughts come and go, the emotions come and go, the experiences come and go. The awareness stays the same.
Breathe in and be present today.
Breathe out and let go of your suffering today by simply asking, who?
Breathe in and have the best day of your life.
Breathe out and relax.
The whirlpool of awareness that you’re experiencing is now having the best day of its life and is now in the flow.
